หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Lead daily operations for receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory via ERP/WMS systems.

Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures

Coordinate with related team such as E-commerce, Sourcing, Sales, etc. to monitor requirements and ensure quality of service for customers including problem solving, investigate and continuous improvement

Monitor 3PL performance and execution for timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Maintains work process, safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations

Develop, coach and train of warehouse staffs to improve performance and build up their capacity

Prepare the report for management team

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 5 - 10 ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience (5–7 years) in warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and 3PL management

Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance with legal regulations

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams

Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset

Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, E-commerce, Sourcing)

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus

Good command of English (both spoken and written)
