Factory Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the overall factory operations, including production planning, manpower, capacity, delivery, and productivity.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and operational KPls are achieved.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop factory personnel, including performance management and manpower planning.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and overseas management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, safety, and relevant Thai regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Communicate and Report effectively with Regional / Head Office Teams in Asia and overseas, including Taiwan/China-based teams when required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of manufacturing/factory management experience, preferably with experience managing a production team.
• Strong knowledge of production management, planning, capacity management, and cost control.
• Fluent Thai with good communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills required; Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong execution and ability to work independently.
• Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing industries is an advantage.
