The Network Operation Engineer will operate our Network Operations Team, ensuring our cloud environments' efficient, secure, and reliable operation spanning Azure, AWS, local cloud, and Site infrastructure.

Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration

Oversee the implementation, and support of infrastructure services on Azure, AWS, and local cloud.

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all cloud services.

Manage costs effectively and optimize cloud resources.

Oversee the implementation, and support of Wire and Wireless services.

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of network services.

Oversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Implement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems.

Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.

Work with security teams to ensure network environments comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and network infrastructure configurations.

Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs

2+ years of experience in Network Engineer role

Deep expertise in Layer 3 of the OSI model. If have a certificate CCNA is a plus

Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and local cloud infrastructure
