Responsible

• Responsible for purchasing ingredients for using in Nutraceutical industry from worldwide • project coordinator with ODM manufacturers domestic & overseas to get dietary supplement & skincare project done under client's brands • Get quotations, negotiate, and follow up for shipments with overseas suppliers through emails and telephone. • Cooperate with Product & Marketing Departments to get support from the suppliers in term of information, technical support docs • Keep records of each work in work update status daily • Issue POs Price comparison Consult with International Purchasing Supervisor to accomplish each task • Host and attend meeting when oversea suppliers' visit • Work in team together with Import, Marketing and Product dept Undertake any given assignments from the leaders

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 2 - 4

Knowledge and competence qualifications

• Work Experience at least 2 years • Experienced in procurement/ sales/ business fields are preferable • TOEIC > 600, IELTS > 6 (if have) • Excellent English writing, reading, listening and speaking skills • Active learners,Teachable attitude, Well organized and management skills • Having cautious and considerate mind set High responsibility • Team work mind set, Friendly, Honest, loving and loyal heart
