Prepare cost estimates and quotations based on technical requirements. Coordinate with clients to clarify specifications and gather additional information. Respond to customer inquiries related to technical and pricing matters. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments for technical and production input. Continuously seek knowledge and improvements related to the role and industry. Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.

ตรวจสอบใบ PR ให้ถูกต้อง และบันทึกลงโปรแกรม สอบถาม เปรียบเทียบราคา และเสนอผู้จัดการ ออกใบ PO ในโปรแกรม ส่งใบ PO ให้ผู้ขาย และติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อ ตรวจรับและตรวจสอบ ใบส่งของ ใบกำกับภาษี และใบวางบิล ส่งเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี / ใบแจ้งหนี้เสนอขออนุมัติ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สรุปรายงานประจำเดือน เช่น ราคาสินค้า ราคาค่าซ่อมเครื่องมือต่างๆ ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price with relation to Cost, Quality, Performance and Delivery time. Develop/Manage database to analyze cost of purchasing part & raw material and summarized for management reviewed. To achieve cost reduction, cycle time reduction, improved service, increased reliability and / or productivity improvement. Work cross functionally with associated departments (e.g. Project Engineering, Production Team, Business Development) for procurement procedures, order status, problem solution and advises departments on cost effective alternatives. Continually improve purchasing methods and drive down unnecessary external spends. Any reasonable task requested by the company.
