General 1. Perform laboratory processes, prepare dye solution and chemicals for dyeing process 2. Perform dyeing in different processes including exhaustion, CPB, continuous 3. Perform printing process 4. Analyze and experiment to find dyeing and printing recipes 5. Analyze and experiment to solve dyeing problems and find reasonable and economical solution 6. Perform and control laboratory processes and experiment from preparation to creating report 7. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the laboratory, instruments, equipment, containers, etc Supporting role 1. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments 2. Paper work and documentation including organizing, filling, and recording 3. Develop the laboratory and create new process to support the business, and update the laboratory and processes to the latest technologies 4. Develop and create new processes and chemicals to support sales
