The first Latin fusion restaurant and cooking school of Bangkok will open its doors in June 2017 as a leader apprenticeship organization to engage students of the last semester of their culinary arts, event management and hospitality studies in a unique experience to embrace the business world. In Fusiones apprentices will have the opportunity to be remunerated by working directly with leading experts in the food industry, participating therefore in customer service roles to become their own critics and connoisseurs of Latin American flavours and culture outside the Latin American borders in the food capital of the world.
