Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding (End-to-End Recruitment). Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment strategies. Source qualified candidates through Job Boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, prepare employment offers, and facilitate onboarding for new hires. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate recruitment reports and analytics. Monitor recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Candidate Experience. Develop and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and hiring quality. Support Employer Branding initiatives by creating engaging recruitment campaigns and promoting the company's employer value proposition. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Maintain training records, Training Matrix, and training documentation. Follow up and evaluate training effectiveness.

จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมเอกสารทางการค้า ได้แก่ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบส่งสินค้า ใบลดหนี้ และใบเพิ่มหนี้ ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตรวจสอบเอกสารการซื้อ และบันทึกรายการตั้งหนี้จากการซื้อสินค้าในประเทศ จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (VAT) เพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากรประจำเดือน บันทึกรายการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า รวมถึงจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการรับชำระให้ครบถ้วน จัดทำรายการ Reconciliation และรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน เช่น สินค้าค้างส่ง สินค้ายืม ต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลัง รายงานสินค้าคงเหลือ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Analyze business and user requirements to design effective software solutions. Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications and web-based systems. Design and develop web applications, RESTful APIs, and database solutions aligned with business needs. Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software quality before deployment. Prepare and maintain technical documentation including SDDs, database structures, and development documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with quality.
