- Oversee the creation of various design assets, including logos, brochures, websites, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
3. Marketing and Branding Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, public relations, and branding strategies to enhance our organization's visibility, reach, and brand identity.
- Formulate an annual marketing plan and budget for insurance products based on commercial and channel needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and content teams, to align marketing initiatives with their objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage product marketing for various growth agent segments, including Inspection Garage Channel, BM Channel, Direct Agent, and MLM.
- Oversee PR, CSR, and corporate branding strategies.
4. Campaign Analysis and Monitoring
- Analyze campaign results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer behavior, providing insights to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
