Job Description:

• Arrange classes for our students (mostly from international schools) 


• Manage, add, edit the schedule between teachers and students via Google Calendar


• Reply to chats from clients via Line OA


• Follow up with students by phone, Line and walk-ins counseling 


• Identify, engage and close new clients 


• Build and maintain database of student profiles and results, admission requirements, etc.


• Collect teachers teaching hours and calculate for payroll 


• Give advice on university placements both in Thailand and abroad


• Develop and promote our business with UK boarding school partner


• Coordinate with CEO with assigned marketing-related tasks


• Solve unexpected problems

Basic Qualification:

• Excellent English Communication


• Excellent coordination skill


• Service-minded oriented


• High Responsibility, proactive and initiative ideas, positive attitude, and flexible


• Work well under pressure


• Being a collaborative team player


• Required to have strong software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills, email correspondence, social network

Extra Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in any field using English language


• Experience overseas for at least 2 years


• Experience in counseling and placements for students to study overseas, marketing or service industry would be an advantage


• Good command of English and Thai


• Excellent communication skills


• Proficient in MS Office, Line Official Account, Canva, Internet, Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, email correspondence and all online platforms i.e. zoom, discord, google meet
