Parent company is SunPower Energy Technology CO., LTD.(SPE) was founded in 2015 with a capital of 268 million NTD. It is expected to start applying for IPO in Q4 2024.In Q4 of 2023, the capital will be increased by 250 million NTD to develop overseas markets and increase business items.

In Taiwan, total 191 solar plants are under construction or completed, totaling 563MW. Total development amount around 14 billion NTD and is expected to be completed within 4 years.

As a green energy company, SPE provides solar panel construction, power storage (energy) equipment, virtual power plants, support companies in applying for I-REC/TIGRs fulfill RE-100 target, overseas market development and carbon rights trading.
