Receive orders via email & coordinate with Sales Administrator for Invoice, Receipt & other documentation printing Preparing & organizing delivery documentations into sets (Invoices, Receipts, Delivery Bills, Delivery Address documents) for Warehouse Staff to process picking & packing Assist the Warehouse Manager in Scheduling and organizing deliveries Organizing copies of Invoices, Receipts & other documentation received back after deliveries & prepare sets for sending back to Accounting Team at Head Office Maintain the Warehouse Office (check office stationery & supplies & order with the Head Office when required) Assist the Warehouse Manager in Ad Hoc tasks when required

Assist the Sales team to prepare documents, samples and other sales tools Assist the Marketing team for documentation, ordering marketing materials, keep tracking and organize the marketing materials. Assist to organize and operate part of the event. Update customer data Prepare sales report

Assist Management with a wide variety of tasks. Organizing invoices & receipts Filing Documentation Tracking/Request for Withholding Tax & other accounting documents from outsource Accountants Collect & check Staff Expenses Organize & Track POS Materials & Storage Room stocks Filing & ordering of Samples, FOC Event Support Organize for office deliveries/Postage Reporting - Using Excel to key in data Track & order Office supplies Liaising with Office Building’s Engineer & Admin team for various requests for maintenance etc.
