Accounts receivable management, including processing and monitoring customer invoices and payments Assisting the Finance Manager with the month-end closing process Collaborate with the Finance Manager in the management of accounts receivable Complete daily tasks and report to manager on time Undertake additional assigned tasks as required Be responsible for tax returns Responsible for electronic bank payments Bank Guarantee and preparing documents required for daily bank transactions Checking and confirming all bank account transactions and write daily bank reports Completing all financial management documents.

Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including the release of recruitment information, screening resumes, interview arrangements Responsible for the company's training work, including the development of training plans, organization of training courses, assessment of training effectiveness Responsible for the company's employee relations maintenance work, including attendance accounting, employee file management, employee labor disputes Responsible for the company's payroll and welfare management, including the development of payroll and welfare policies, implementation of payroll and welfare payments, regular payroll and welfare audits Responsible for the company's administrative management, to assist the manager to complete other tasks.

1. Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving the quality management system. 2. Supervise and coordinate quality activities across departments. 3. Handle and track quality complaints, supervise corrective and preventive actions, and execute quality improvement plans/measures. 4. Assist in the continuous improvement of the quality system. 5. Coordinate with various departments in handling quality matters. 6. Manage the daily operations of the laboratory. 7. Report work to the quality manager in a timely and accurate manner. 8. Execute other work arrangements assigned by the quality manager.

1. Cooperate with electrical engineers to complete the daily maintenance of production equipment 2. Ensure that the production machinery and facilities are in normal condition. 3. Plan and implement the repair, maintenance and improvement of production machinery and facilities.
