Handle daily accounting transactions including AR, AP, expenses, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet). Handle monthly tax filings such as PP.30, PP.36, PND.3, and PND.53. Ensure all accounting records and reports comply with TFRS and Thai tax laws. Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents for annual audit. Manage fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules. Monitor accounts receivable and verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing payments. Support other accounting and tax-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize production downtime. Plan and carry out preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and lifetime extension. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective/improvement actions. Perform machine performance improvement and energy efficiency optimization (e.g., reduce downtime, improve productivity). Maintain machine maintenance and calibration records. Maintain and calibrate electrical test machines, jigs, and related electrical systems to ensure measurement accuracy. Support the test engineering team in electrical test issue analysis, data recording, and yield improvement activities. Support installation, acceptance, and commissioning of new equipment. Participate in equipment audits and safety inspections to ensure compliance with internal and legal standards. Support other engineering-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Prepare, submit, and manage all BOI project documentation (application, amendment, renewal). Prepare and submit the BOI Annual Report. Apply for and renew BOI certificates, machinery, raw materials, and related licenses. Input and maintain data in the BOI eMT system (import/export, material usage, stock). Prepare and verify raw material usage and BOI stock balance reports. Handle land, building, and facility data to ensure compliance with BOI project scope. Coordinate and communicate with BOI, Customs, Land Department, IC, and other authorities. Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, warehouse, accounting, engineering, production) to ensure data accuracy and alignment. Verify, file, and maintain all BOI-related documentation and records. Support other BOI-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Support HR operations such as time attendance recording, wage calculation, and payroll preparation. Prepare and submit social security, withholding tax, and related reports to government authorities. Maintain and update employee information, including personnel records, leave data, and performance evaluations. Support recruitment processes, arrange interviews, and conduct new employee orientations. Prepare administrative documents such as purchase requests, office supply control, and company asset management. Manage company facilities, employee transportation, dormitories, and workplace safety. Coordinate with government authorities such as the Department of Labor and the Social Security Office. Handle work permit applications and renewals, as well as related documentation for foreign employees. Support company events and activities such as training programs, employee engagement, and CSR events. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Establish and maintain product and process quality standards to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements. Monitor production quality, handle nonconformities, and drive continuous improvement activities. Conduct final inspection, outgoing quality control, and customer complaint analysis. Work with suppliers on incoming material inspection, audits, and improvement follow-ups. Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and new product introduction (NPI) evaluations. Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection standards, 8D reports, FMEA, and control plans. Support other quality-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
