Check raw material requirement to ensure the plan can be smoothly complete on time with Production schedule. Requisition and control inventories of materials and supplies necessary for raw material in response to eventually achieve the production demands. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Quality Teams to ensure material availability and resolve scheduling issues. Highlight potential problems in planning and foreseen problems concerned to upper lever supervisor for discussion. Monitor that all customer orders are fulfilled, give support and coordinate with concerned parties such as Operation, Procurement, Warehouse & Logistic to ensure on-time production and delivery. Communicate with relevant departments to keep them informed of changes in production plans or priorities.

Leading and managing a team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. Overseeing daily operations, ensuring supply the cleaned uniform support to production line and without any contaminant. Ensuring that uniform meet quality standards and specifications and implement quality control procedures. Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Collaborating and working with laundry suppliers to optimize cleaning cost and inventory stock control. Training new employees on the cleaning processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. Review cleaning record, cleaning validation and invoice of monthly laundry service. Lead the initiative project laundry uniform and plant supply cost optimization.
