Job responsibilities • Control order material for customers (Order calculation sheet) • Control material daily delivery plan to customer • Prepare price calculation for customers • Operation for solve problem internal & external company Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or related field • 0 – 4 years of experience in marketing field (Fresh graduate is welcomed) • Intermediate level in English (Equivalent to TOEIC: 600 up) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel – Pivot table, VLOOKUP • Must possess driver’s license (No need to own car) Additional Information Basic salary: Open to discuss for a qualified candidate **Salary depends on working experience and skill** Benefits: **Bonus average 5 months and other benefits will be informed upon the hiring process** Working days: Monday – Friday (8.00 am – 17.00 pm) *All applications will be treated in strict confidence. • Document Management: Prepare and manage expense reimbursement documents and ensure timely submissions. • Schedule Coordination: Monitor and manage the CEO's working hours, appointments, and meetings. • Email Correspondence: Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO professionally and promptly, ensuring proper communication and follow-ups. • Booking flight tickets • Reviewing documents • Handling various paperwork, scanning documents, and submitting them for approval • Managing the CEO schedule and overseeing meetings

Strategic Planning: • Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans for farm operations. • Identify opportunities for improving crop yield, quality, and sustainability. • Monitor and analyze market trends, agricultural advancements, and competitor strategies. Operational Management: • Oversee the implementation of farming strategies and plans. • Coordinate with farm managers to ensure effective resource allocation. • Monitor farm performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Financial Management: • Prepare and manage budgets for farm operations. • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization. Sustainability and Compliance: • Ensure all farming practices comply with environmental regulations and company policies. • Promote sustainable farming practices and innovations. • Implement measures to reduce the environmental impact of farm operations. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of farm managers and agricultural specialists. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Stakeholder Engagement: • Liaise with government bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders. • Represent the company in industry conferences and forums. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners. Risk Management: • Identify and mitigate risks associated with farm operations. • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions. • Monitor weather patterns and other external factors affecting farm productivity.

• Taking care of in/out of chemical products • Delivery control & taking care of chemical dangerous products

• Responsible for being a safety officer at the factory. • Responsible for all safety-related work. • Environmental work must be in accordance with relevant legal requirements and the Company's regulations. To manage safety and environmental work in accordance with laws and company regulations& this position leads in implementing the requirements of the ISO 14001 system.
