Process and manage activities related to pre- and post-audit workflows. Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service. Support team workload as needed, maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Perform tests independently and accurately according to standard procedures. Develop and verify new testing methods; prepare required documentation for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Support the Physical Laboratory Supervisor in monitoring workflow and ensuring team members conduct tests correctly and within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). Analyze test results, including issuing statements of conformity in accordance with decision rules. Ensure all test equipment and machines are properly calibrated and maintained in good working condition. Maintain optimal environmental conditions in the lab, ensuring that testing areas, sample rooms, equipment, and machines are clean and orderly. Effectively prioritize tasks and manage workflow within the team. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Physical Laboratory Supervisor or other superiors.

Sell Intertek’s services within assigned vertical, account and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking. Meet with current and prospective customers by making regular visits, understanding customer's need, and anticipating new marketing opportunity. Meet order and revenue quotas on a monthly. Write and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing; Follow through on sales transactions to ensure a superior customer experience for every project. Provide outstanding customer service. Meet all activity targets and log activity into Customer Relation Managment system as required. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, as required. Maintain awareness and understanding of all Intertek services to support Sales
