- Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for both Cosmetics & Fragrances as well as on going learning opportunities across the organization, in support of organization needs
- Responsible for the training program of all products & brands which distribute by the company
- Responsible to conduct a training for both Operational & Management Level
- Responsible to conduct a training for Sale People of the 3rd Parties Partner i.e. Sephora, Department Store. Etc.
- Monitor and Measure Effectiveness of all training programs
- Responsible to manager the training budget
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
