Prepare and manage internal and external documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Track and coordinate various operational documents within the organization. Lend liaison information regarding purchasing and sales.

Verify all purchase and service documents, such as purchase orders (POs), goods receipts, and invoices, for accuracy. Record trade payables and other payables correctly in the accounting system according to the documents. Prepare payment slips for vendors as scheduled. Prepare and withhold tax correctly on payments, and prepare tax forms such as P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53, and other relevant taxes. Prepare Accounts Payable Aging Report and follow up on payments. Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger (GL) accurately. Coordinate with the purchasing department, warehouse, and other departments related to purchase and service documents.

Coordinate logistics with internal and external teams. Manage customer service related to warehousing and shipping. Oversee shipping schedules and verify that goods are delivered on time. Support import/export documentation and processes. Communicate and provide clear solutions to customers. Other duties as assigned.

Contact and coordinate with customers and suppliers. Prepare various related reports.
