Stay updated on industry trends, collect information about local competitors and market activities organized by clients, and regularly share and discuss promotion opportunities with sales personnel. Prepare monthly marketing reports, analyze and summarize marketing activities and sales strategies, and provide improvement suggestions. Identify suitable advertising opportunities and develop advertising channel strategies. Manage local gift procurement and management. Manage and track local marketing expenses. Manage department personnel, including recruitment, training, and goal setting, to ensure efficient teamwork and individual development.
