Building Supervisor for Commercial Building

Successful candidates will work for Commercial Building, located at downtown Bangkok.
Responsibilities:

• Day to day supervision of term and ad hoc contract works in relation to the Condo’s facilities
• To carry out simple and straight forward repairs to defective building components; eg. chipped concrete, cracked tiles, etc.
• Attend to feedback by residents and to recommend and take remedial actions
• To conduct checks to essential equipment and electrical distribution boards to ensure that they are operating satisfactory at all times; eg. standby generator set, pump sets to domestic water supply system, sump pit system and fire fighting system.
• To conduct checks to light fittings and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns at the common areas.
• Any other duties as and when directed by the Management
