Job Description
• Analyse customers, competitors, and products' positioning
• Development of Marketing plan and strategies
• Management of Marketing Mix
• Development of Sales strategies and tactics
• Look after cost of products, manage costing of team, operation, and marketing promotion program
• Set sales targets and commission scheme
• Being key contact and communication between company and principal (include: Control inventory, making Purchase Order, Filing claims on company's advance expense for principal, report on product problem)
• Others as assigned by superior

Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management (Master degree in Management or Marketing will be specially considered)
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• 2-3 years working experience of sales and marketing
• Can live abroad for long period
