Pattern Supervisor / English is a must (Base in Vietnam)

Supervise and teach pattern copymakers some difficulties in coping with the basic pattern. Review and check all sketch details and comments from customers and merchandisers. Discuss if there is any conflict on design or measurement specs with the merchandiser and suggest changes if needed. Create the basic pattern and full-size grading pattern as per the design sketch and measurement specs. Attend meetings in the development stages and production Design for manufacturing (DFM)/design for production (DFP) meetings. Review and make amendments by checking comments from CFT,sample tech and production. Finish the pattern on time to achieve the time line for costing and shipment.

จัดทํารายงานประมาณการวัตถุดิบ ส่งให้ Suppliers เพื่อจองวัตถุดิบ ติดตามการยืนยันกําหนดส่งวัตถุดิบทีทําการจองจาก Suppliers จัดทํารายงานกําหนดส่งวัตถุดิบ เพื่อส่งให้ทีม Order processing ทําการ confirm garment lead-time จัดทํารายงานเปรียบเทียบปริมาณวัตถุดิบทีจองไว้กับความต้องการใช้ เพือระบุ สถานะของปริมาณวัตถุดิบทีทําการจองไว้ เจรจาต่อรองกับ Supplier เรืองกําหนดส่งวัตถุดิบ ปรับปรุงข้อมูลในรายงานเปรียบเทียบปริมาณวัตถุดิบที่จองไว้กับความต้องการใช้ใน แต่ละ Lot Order เพือเป็นข้อมูลในการทํารายงาน Customer Liability จัดทําข้อมูลส่งให้ RPA จองสต๊อควัตถุดิบ จัดการโอนย้ายข้อมูลการจองวัตถุดิบตามข้อกําหนดการควบคุมคลังสินค้าในระบบ ERP ปรับปรุงแก้ไขจํานวนสั่งซื้อตามรายงาน Mix Size ใน PO ระบบ ERP

Legal Specialist

Prepare, draft, review, and update all company legal documents, such as business contracts, employment agreements, company regulations, and powers of attorney. Review and prepare legal documents for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process, in coordination with financial advisors and external legal counsel. Advise management and internal departments — including factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia — on legal matters. Monitor and analyze laws and regulations affecting the sportswear export business in each country with production facilities, to assess risks and impacts on the Company. Maintain the contract registry, title documents, intellectual property, and trademarks of the Company. Coordinate with government agencies, external law firms, and legal consultants on disputes or litigation (if any). Prepare legal risk and compliance reports and recommend risk mitigation measures to management.
