HR Supervisor Site Project (English or Chinese Speaking)

At least 5 years of practical experience in human resources operation + general administration operation, proficient in basic HR work and daily administrative affairs, able to independently respond to employees' HR needs and administrative services. Practical HR capability – skilled in handling employee onboarding and separation, attendance calculation, salary payment, social security contribution, employee file management; familiar with basic provisions of Thai labor laws and regulations, able to handle labor contract signing and probation period management in compliance. Core practical administrative capability – responsible for daily vehicle scheduling (employee commuting, official travel arrangement), office supplies procurement and collection registration, fixed assets inventory, office environment maintenance (cleaning, green plants, office equipment repair request). With basic communication, coordination and service awareness, able to respond to employees' HR consultation, assist in handling simple employee relations issues, and coordinate meeting room booking, travel ticket & hotel reservation, official reception support, and preliminary review of administrative expense reimbursement. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), HRIS system and administrative office system, able to efficiently compile and file HR reports and administrative ledgers (vehicle usage records, procurement ledgers, expense statistics). Working experience as HR & Admin Specialist in local Thai enterprises or international projects, familiar with local recruitment channels (JobThai, LinkedIn Thailand) and administrative procurement procedures (e.g. liaison with local office supplies suppliers, preliminary review of procurement contracts). Experience in participating in special work such as employee training organization.

Project Manager (Infrastructure & Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking

Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation through completion and handover. Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress to achieve project objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and Subcontractors. Monitor project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Review construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and project execution plans. Manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely decision-making. Resolve technical and contractual issues while maintaining project milestones and client satisfaction. Prepare project reports, forecasts, progress updates, and executive presentations for management. Lead project commissioning, testing, final inspection, and project handover activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout project execution.

HVAC Site Engineer - English or Chinese speaking

Responsible to MOS(Menthod of Stage) developement,review and submission.Provide technical guidance for on-site construction and installation. Check and find drawing issues and responsible to drawing question clarity document submission. Ensure local compliance with Thai electrical codes and regulations(B.E., TIS, MEPS, etc.). Support HVAC material and installation inspections and related documentation reviews&submissions. HVAC technical related document contral. Liaise between Chinese contractor electrical team and Thai local subcontractors, consultants,suppliers and government authorities. Translate and clarify technical requirements during the interface phases. Assist in coordination meetings, technical clarifications, and submission processes. Communicate effectively with Thai authorities regarding permits and inspections.

QS & Estimate Engineer (Civil) - English or Chinese Speaking
