Qc & Qa Manager Construction - English or Chinese Speaking

Assist the Chief Engineer in establishing and implementing the project quality management system for bridge construction works. Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and quality control processes. Manage quality inspections, testing activities, surveying coordination, and non-conformance control. Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements. Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues. Support quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Deputy Chief Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Assist the Chief Engineer in managing and supervising engineering and technical activities for the lake-crossing bridge construction project. Review bridge design drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and construction teams throughout all phases of bridge construction. Monitor and coordinate construction activities, including foundations, substructures, superstructures, beam erection, and related structural works. Ensure construction works comply with AASHTO, Thai Standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions. CAD / BIM Drafting Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Prepare, revise, and update engineering drawings for bridge construction projects. Support BIM modeling and maintain drawing version control throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailing for segment components, reinforcement, embedded items, utility interfaces, and related bridge works. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and BIM teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards. Manage drawing revisions and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements.

QA/QC Inspector (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements. • Perform site inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, precast elements, structural works, and finishing works. • Conduct inspections in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP). • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and construction teams. • Prepare inspection reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and related QA/QC documentation. • Verify material quality, material certificates, and test reports before installation. • Monitor corrective actions and ensure non-conforming work is properly resolved. • Coordinate with the laboratory team for material and concrete testing. • Support internal and external quality audits. • Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality and safety requirements.

Develop and maintain Master Schedule Programs using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource allocation. Prepare weekly/monthly internal reports, including S-curve Cost Variance (CV), to support decision-making for Project Managers. Deliver monthly presentations to review overall project status, risks, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders. Conduct root-cause analysis for project delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims under varying contractual terms and conditions. Document Control & Submission Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Manage technical document control activities, including document registration, coding, version control, distribution, filing, and archiving. Maintain and update submission registers, RFI registers, document transmittals, and approval-status trackers. Coordinate the submission of Method Statements, Special Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Calculation Reports, and other technical documents to clients, consultants, and engineers. Monitor and maintain approval-status registers for technical submissions and ensure timely follow-up of review comments. Manage the complete document review cycle, including submission, return, revision, resubmission, and final approval, ensuring proper closure of all comments from the Engineer. Maintain accurate records of approved and superseded documents to ensure only current revisions are used. Commissioning Manager - English or Chinese Speaking

Master Cx Plan: Develop, review, and approve the project-specific Master Commissioning Plan, ensuring alignment with owner project requirements (OPR) and basis of design (BOD). Script Writing & Approval: Author and validate highly detailed, step-by-step testing scripts for Level 4 (Functional Performance Testing) and Level 5 (Integrated Systems Testing). Failure Mode Testing: Design specific "blackout" and component-failure scenarios (e.g., sudden loss of utility power, generator failure to start, chiller loop isolation) to test system redundancy and automated failovers. Develop and establish the company’s strategies, policies, and standards for Occupational Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and ISO management systems. Manage and continuously improve the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, and coordinate activities related to ISO 9001 as applicable. Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations of HSE implementation across all projects, and recommend improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards. Lead risk management activities, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and drive a strong safety culture throughout the organization, including planning and delivering HSE training programs. Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and certification bodies on HSE and ISO-related matters. Lead, manage, and develop HSE teams at both the head office and construction project sites nationwide.

Structural Engineer (Road & Bridge) – Tender & Technical Support (ENG or CH)

Review and analyze bidding documents, including tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for road and bridge projects. Prepare Construction Method Statements and preliminary construction sequences to support technical proposals for project bidding. Perform "Constructability Reviews" of structural designs. This involves verifying design concepts against standards to identify risks, conflicts, or Value Engineering opportunities (Detailed calculation is not required, but engineering judgment is essential). Provide technical advice to the Cost Estimation team regarding material quantities, temporary works, and machinery requirements based on sound engineering principles. Review structural shop drawings and construction methods proposed by site teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with contract requirements. Participate in technical meetings with clients and consultants to clarify construction methods and engineering solutions for both domestic and international projects.
