Influencer Business Development Specialist (English or Chinese speaking)

1. Scout, evaluate, and build a structured creator database across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms — covering top-tier KOLs through mid-tier and micro KOCs — aligned with product launch calendars and content strategy. 2. Proactively reach out to target creators, handle collaboration negotiations, and finalize key terms including content format, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. 3. Manage end-to-end collaboration execution: coordinate product sampling, align on scripts and content direction, track production progress, review final deliverables, and ensure all published content meets brand standards and deadlines. 4. Maintain and continuously update a collaboration tracker with performance data (views, engagement rate, conversions, etc.) and deliver regular analytical reports. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the e-commerce team and product-line business units to align promotional needs with the right creator resources. 6. Monitor local Thai social media trends, competitor influencer activity, and platform policy changes; propose actionable improvements to the influencer strategy.
