Develop and establish the company’s strategies, policies, and standards for Occupational Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and ISO management systems. Oversee safety and environmental operations across all construction projects to ensure consistent compliance with corporate standards. Manage and continuously improve the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, and coordinate activities related to ISO 9001 as applicable. Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations of HSE implementation across all projects, and recommend improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards. Lead risk management activities, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Strong contract dispute resolution capabilities, able to handle construction claims, disputes and other issues, and lead the preparation for mediation, arbitration or litigation proceedings. Familiar with compliance requirements for international engineering projects, including the impact of Thailand’s labor law, tax law, environmental law, foreign exchange control and other regulations on contract performance, to ensure all contract terms are legally compliant. Possess relevant COE certification in contract management from the Council of Engineers Thailand, RICS membership, legal professional qualification, or senior certification in international engineering contract management (e.g. CIArb membership). Experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale building projects or international investment & financing data center projects in Thailand; familiar with the contract negotiation logic of local employers, consultants and contractors. Previous work experience in the contract department of well-known local consulting firms in Thailand (e.g. MITR, Aurecon) or international contractors (e.g. Lendlease, Balfour Beatty), with experience leading contract management for billion-level projects. Experience in cross-cultural contract negotiation, able to coordinate the interests of Chinese, Thai and other stakeholders and formulate risk-balanced contract terms.
