QA/QC Inspector (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements. • Perform site inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, precast elements, structural works, and finishing works. • Conduct inspections in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP). • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and construction teams. • Prepare inspection reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and related QA/QC documentation. • Verify material quality, material certificates, and test reports before installation. • Monitor corrective actions and ensure non-conforming work is properly resolved. • Coordinate with the laboratory team for material and concrete testing. • Support internal and external quality audits. • Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality and safety requirements.

HR Supervisor Site Project (English or Chinese Speaking)

At least 5 years of practical experience in human resources operation + general administration operation, proficient in basic HR work and daily administrative affairs, able to independently respond to employees' HR needs and administrative services. Practical HR capability – skilled in handling employee onboarding and separation, attendance calculation, salary payment, social security contribution, employee file management; familiar with basic provisions of Thai labor laws and regulations, able to handle labor contract signing and probation period management in compliance. Core practical administrative capability – responsible for daily vehicle scheduling (employee commuting, official travel arrangement), office supplies procurement and collection registration, fixed assets inventory, office environment maintenance (cleaning, green plants, office equipment repair request). With basic communication, coordination and service awareness, able to respond to employees' HR consultation, assist in handling simple employee relations issues, and coordinate meeting room booking, travel ticket & hotel reservation, official reception support, and preliminary review of administrative expense reimbursement. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), HRIS system and administrative office system, able to efficiently compile and file HR reports and administrative ledgers (vehicle usage records, procurement ledgers, expense statistics). Project Manager (Infrastructure & Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking

Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation through completion and handover. Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress to achieve project objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and Subcontractors. Monitor project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Review construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and project execution plans. Manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely decision-making. Resolve technical and contractual issues while maintaining project milestones and client satisfaction. Prepare project reports, forecasts, progress updates, and executive presentations for management. Lead project commissioning, testing, final inspection, and project handover activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout project execution.

Senior Safety Director (ISO) - English or Chinese Speaking

Develop and establish the company’s strategies, policies, and standards for Occupational Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and ISO management systems. Oversee safety and environmental operations across all construction projects to ensure consistent compliance with corporate standards. Manage and continuously improve the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, and coordinate activities related to ISO 9001 as applicable. Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations of HSE implementation across all projects, and recommend improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards. Lead risk management activities, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and drive a strong safety culture throughout the organization, including planning and delivering HSE training programs. Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and certification bodies on HSE and ISO-related matters. Lead, manage, and develop HSE teams at both the head office and construction project sites nationwide.
