Qc & Qa Manager Construction - English or Chinese Speaking

Assist the Chief Engineer in establishing and implementing the project quality management system for bridge construction works. Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and quality control processes. Manage quality inspections, testing activities, surveying coordination, and non-conformance control. Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements. Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues. Support quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qc & Qa Manager - English or Chinese Speaking

Develop, implement, and maintain the project quality management system (QMS). Establish and enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and checklists. Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Lead and supervise the QA/QC team, including engineers and inspectors, across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards. Manage and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party laboratories on quality matters. Prepare and submit quality reports, records, and documentation as required by the contract. Ensure materials and workmanship comply with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, EN, ISO) or Thai standards. Support project handover by preparing as-built documentation and final quality dossiers. Provide training and guidance to site teams to improve quality awareness and compliance. Ensure integration of quality requirements with safety (HSE) and environmental management systems.

QS & Estimate Engineer MEP - English or Chinese speaking

Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare accurate cost plans. Conduct tender analysis and evaluations for MEP subcontractor packages. Manage the procurement process for MEP subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and reporting any cost variances. Assess and certify subcontractor payment applications for MEP works. Prepare, submit, and negotiate variations and change orders. Support in preparing monthly cost reports and financial statements for MEP packages. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of claims, including EOT (Extension of Time) claims. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost control is maintained. Maintain accurate records of project costs, including tracking of orders, invoices, and payments. Provide advice on contractual matters related to MEP packages.

Contract Manager (FIDIC Fundamentals Experience) & (English or Chinese Speaking)

Proficient in the FIDIC Red Book contract management. Able to independently take charge of contract drafting, negotiation, value engineering, variation and claim management, and dispute resolution with the employer under a FIDIC contract environment, and provide timely contractual advice for on-site implementation. Proficient in Thailand’s local contract culture. Able to independently conduct contract drafting, negotiation, variation and claim management, and dispute resolution with downstream subcontractors. Strong contract dispute resolution capabilities, able to handle construction claims, disputes and other issues, and lead the preparation for mediation, arbitration or litigation proceedings. Familiar with compliance requirements for international engineering projects, including the impact of Thailand’s labor law, tax law, environmental law, foreign exchange control and other regulations on contract performance, to ensure all contract terms are legally compliant. Possess relevant COE certification in contract management from the Council of Engineers Thailand, RICS membership, legal professional qualification, or senior certification in international engineering contract management (e.g. CIArb membership). Experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale building projects or international investment & financing data center projects in Thailand; familiar with the contract negotiation logic of local employers, consultants and contractors. Previous work experience in the contract department of well-known local consulting firms in Thailand (e.g. MITR, Aurecon) or international contractors (e.g. Lendlease, Balfour Beatty), with experience leading contract management for billion-level projects. Experience in cross-cultural contract negotiation, able to coordinate the interests of Chinese, Thai and other stakeholders and formulate risk-balanced contract terms.

QA/QC Inspector (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements. • Perform site inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, precast elements, structural works, and finishing works. • Conduct inspections in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP). • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and construction teams. • Prepare inspection reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and related QA/QC documentation. • Verify material quality, material certificates, and test reports before installation. • Monitor corrective actions and ensure non-conforming work is properly resolved. • Coordinate with the laboratory team for material and concrete testing. • Support internal and external quality audits. • Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality and safety requirements.

Monitor construction progress across projects, analyze deviations between actual performance and planned schedules. Implement and maintain project control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Develop and maintain Master Schedule Programs using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource allocation. Prepare weekly/monthly internal reports, including S-curve Cost Variance (CV), to support decision-making for Project Managers. Deliver monthly presentations to review overall project status, risks, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders. Conduct root-cause analysis for project delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims under varying contractual terms and conditions. Revise weekly plans to adjust manpower/equipment resources on critical paths, ensuring alignment with milestone targets in the Master Schedule. Develop Catch-up Plans to expedite progress and coordinate execution teams for timely deliverables.

HSE Manager / Asst. HSE Manager / HSE Technical - English or Chinese Speaking

Responsible for communicating with consultants and owners, and conveying relevant meeting requirements in a timely manner; Manage the internal safety engineers and security officers of the department, and coordinate the internal work of the department; Coordinate the project cycle environmental monitoring and other work; Cooperate with the owner to carry out monthly equipment, safety and emergency drills and other activities.

Junior Construction Method Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Assist in the preparation and development of construction method statements for bridge and infrastructure projects. Support the preparation of temporary structure calculations, engineering charts, tables, and technical documentation. Compile and organize construction method reports, technical submissions, and supporting documents. Prepare construction flowcharts, work procedures, and presentation materials for method statement submissions. Revise construction method statements and related documents in response to Engineer’s comments and review feedback. Collect, organize, and summarize site feedback, construction records, and technical information to support method development and continuous improvement. Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to gather technical inputs and project information. Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction sequences to ensure consistency with project requirements. Support document control and maintain records of construction method submissions, approvals, and revisions. Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.

CAD / BIM Drafting Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Prepare, revise, and update engineering drawings for bridge construction projects. Support BIM modeling and maintain drawing version control throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailing for segment components, reinforcement, embedded items, utility interfaces, and related bridge works. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and BIM teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards. Manage drawing revisions and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements.

Document Control & Submission Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Manage technical document control activities, including document registration, coding, version control, distribution, filing, and archiving. Maintain and update submission registers, RFI registers, document transmittals, and approval-status trackers. Coordinate the submission of Method Statements, Special Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Calculation Reports, and other technical documents to clients, consultants, and engineers. Monitor and maintain approval-status registers for technical submissions and ensure timely follow-up of review comments. Manage the complete document review cycle, including submission, return, revision, resubmission, and final approval, ensuring proper closure of all comments from the Engineer. Maintain accurate records of approved and superseded documents to ensure only current revisions are used. Administer and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms. Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure efficient document flow and compliance with project requirements.
