ISO Engineer

1. Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and procedures are in place and properly implemented in all sections to demonstrate conformance to requirements of customers, public standard and effective operation of the quality system. 2. Responsible for the preparation, issuance and control of all quality related standards and procedures. 3. To ensure of implement quality management system (IATF16949). 4. Facilitates internal and external quality audits like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CSR, QC08000, IATF16949. 5. Recommends disposition and Judgment for non-conforming materials and products. 6. Responsible for analysis customer claim&complaint (Follow up and verify). 7. Reviews and evaluates proposed countermeasures for non-conformities found during internal and external quality audits. 8. Responsible for creating programs and activities that increases quality awareness for all employees. 9. Training for basic tire technology, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CSR, QC08000, IATF16949. Requirement for new employee (Orientation). 10. Prepare data and Conduct of Standard mark audit and Customer Audit activity. 11. Prepare New Article summarize report and PPAP Package Preparation. 12. Conduct the inspection report for OE tire.

LAB

Safety Engineer

Responsible for safety management of the factory and offices. Implement and monitor occupational health and safety management system. Proceed with risk assessments and prepare for potential hazard and incidents. Proceed with safety analysis and accident investigation. Organize and lead the safety committee meetings to report on safety related issues. Supervise environmental protection measures of the company to comply with the law and regulation relating to the environment protection. Supervise security protection measures of the company for the customer and Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) standard.

Supplier Quality Engineer

Trial new/transfer model and create report. Make QC test, SOP and jig for new/transfer model. Control plan for each model. Reliability test for material/product per monthly. Analysis the abnormal in the production process. Instrument calibration implementation and maintenance. Follow the manager or supervisor assist job.

Production Supervisor PCB

ควบคุมกำลังคนให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานประจำวัน แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิตและเครื่องจักร วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและดำเนินการแก้ไข ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ

ล่ามแปลภาษาจีน

1. แปลเอกสารประจำแผนก (ไทย-จีน) (จีน-ไทย) 2. ล่ามแปลภาษาในระหว่างการประชุมหรือการอบรม 3. ล่ามภาคสนามในสายการผลิตเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานระหว่างพนักงานชาวจีนและชาวไทย (กรณีสังกัดฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสายการผลิต) 4. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ช่างเทคนิค (สารเคมี)

เก็บตัวอย่างสารเคมีจากสายการผลิต และส่งให้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิเคราะห์ ปรับสารเคมีตามผลการวิเคราะห์หรือข้อมูลการผลิต เพื่อให้สารเคมีอยู่ในขอบเขตการทำงานที่เหมาะสม เตรียมสารเคมีในถังหลัก และดูแลรักษาถังตามคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน (SOP) ดูแลความเสถียรของสารเคมีประจำวัน เช่น ควบคุม CPK, 6 Sigma และป้องกันความผิดปกติก่อนเกิดปัญหา ตรวจสอบและติดตามพารามิเตอร์สำคัญของกระบวนการผลิต เช่น อัตราการกัดกร่อนเล็ก (Micro-etch rate)，อัตราการชุบทองแดง (Copper deposition rate)，การทดสอบความต้านทานกรด (Acid resistance)，การทดสอบ PTH backlight ตรวจสอบพารามิเตอร์การเติมอัตโนมัติและดำเนินการตรวจสอบประจำวัน ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการใช้สารเคมีให้เป็นไปตามหลักความปลอดภัย (Chemical Safety) และกฎระเบียบของบริษัท ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายคุณภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิตและการควบคุมคุณภาพ เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านเคมี เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ และระบบมาตรฐานต่างๆ (เช่น การจัดการสารเคมี) ตรวจนับวัสดุในคลังสายการผลิตทุกวัน และสรุปการใช้สารเคมีประจำเดือน เพื่อสนับสนุนการควบคุมต้นทุน ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Automation (Engineer / Technician)

ปวส. และปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, ระบบอัตโนมัติ, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Automation / Equipment / Maintenance ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความรู้ด้าน PLC, HMI, Sensor, Motor, Servo, Robot และระบบ Control จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงาน PCB / Electronics จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หากสามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้ดี

Customer Service Engineer

MFG Engineer

ดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต PCB ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและเป้าหมายการผลิต วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต เช่น Yield ต่ำ, Scrap สูง, Defect และ Downtime ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่ม Productivity และเพิ่ม Yield ติดตามและควบคุม Process Parameter ของเครื่องจักรและกระบวนการผลิต สนับสนุนการผลิตในส่วนของ NPI (New Product Introduction) และ Engineering Build 6. จัดทำ วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงเอกสารทางวิศวกรรม เช่น WI, SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow Process และ ECN วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตและจัดทำรายงาน KPI เช่น Yield, OEE, Cycle Time และ Scrap Rate ประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่าย Production, QA, PE, Maintenance และ Process Engineer เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนากระบวนการ ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า สนับสนุนกิจกรรม Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing และ 5S วิเคราะห์ Root Cause และดำเนินการ Corrective / Preventive Action (CAPA) ดูแลและควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการ (Process Change / ECN)

QC Supervisor

ควบคุมและบริหารทีม QC ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิต PCB เช่น Incoming, In-process และ Final Inspection กำหนดและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบ (Inspection Standard / WI) ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ปัญหาคุณภาพ (Defect / Reject) และดำเนินการแก้ไขร่วมกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Production, Process, QA ติดตามและควบคุม KPI ด้านคุณภาพ เช่น Yield, Defect Rate, Customer Complaint ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการใช้เครื่องมือวัด เช่น Microscope, Vernier, Thickness Gauge ดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหา (Corrective & Preventive Action: CAPA) -ประสานงานและรองรับการ Audit ทั้งภายในและภายนอก เช่น ลูกค้า หรือหน่วยงานรับรอง -จัดทำรายงานคุณภาพ เช่น Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report, Analysis Report จัดทำรายงานคุณภาพ เช่น Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report, Analysis Report ประสานงานและรองรับการ Audit ทั้งภายในและภายนอก เช่น ลูกค้า หรือหน่วยงานรับรอง
