HR Supervisor Site Project (English or Chinese Speaking)

At least 5 years of practical experience in human resources operation + general administration operation, proficient in basic HR work and daily administrative affairs, able to independently respond to employees' HR needs and administrative services. Practical HR capability – skilled in handling employee onboarding and separation, attendance calculation, salary payment, social security contribution, employee file management; familiar with basic provisions of Thai labor laws and regulations, able to handle labor contract signing and probation period management in compliance. Core practical administrative capability – responsible for daily vehicle scheduling (employee commuting, official travel arrangement), office supplies procurement and collection registration, fixed assets inventory, office environment maintenance (cleaning, green plants, office equipment repair request). With basic communication, coordination and service awareness, able to respond to employees' HR consultation, assist in handling simple employee relations issues, and coordinate meeting room booking, travel ticket & hotel reservation, official reception support, and preliminary review of administrative expense reimbursement. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), HRIS system and administrative office system, able to efficiently compile and file HR reports and administrative ledgers (vehicle usage records, procurement ledgers, expense statistics). Working experience as HR & Admin Specialist in local Thai enterprises or international projects, familiar with local recruitment channels (JobThai, LinkedIn Thailand) and administrative procurement procedures (e.g. liaison with local office supplies suppliers, preliminary review of procurement contracts). Experience in participating in special work such as employee training organization.

Project Manager (Infrastructure & Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking

Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation through completion and handover. Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress to achieve project objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and Subcontractors. Monitor project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Review construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and project execution plans. Manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely decision-making. Resolve technical and contractual issues while maintaining project milestones and client satisfaction. Prepare project reports, forecasts, progress updates, and executive presentations for management. Lead project commissioning, testing, final inspection, and project handover activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout project execution.

Senior Safety Director (ISO) - English or Chinese Speaking

Develop and establish the company’s strategies, policies, and standards for Occupational Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and ISO management systems. Oversee safety and environmental operations across all construction projects to ensure consistent compliance with corporate standards. Manage and continuously improve the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, and coordinate activities related to ISO 9001 as applicable. Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations of HSE implementation across all projects, and recommend improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards. Lead risk management activities, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and drive a strong safety culture throughout the organization, including planning and delivering HSE training programs. Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and certification bodies on HSE and ISO-related matters. Lead, manage, and develop HSE teams at both the head office and construction project sites nationwide.

เจ้าหน้าที่ Marketing (ช่องทาง Bancassurance) โซนพื้นที่ภาคอีสาน

วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดร่วมกับธนาคารพันธมิตร เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายประกันภัยผ่านช่องทางธนาคาร (Bancassurance) ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระดับเขต ผู้จัดการสาขา พนักงานของคู่ค้า เพื่อให้ผลงานถึงเป้าหมาย ทำ Report Update ผลงานระดับเขตและสาขาในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายและกระตุ้นผลงาน อบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับพนักงานคู่ค้า เพิ่มความรู้และทักษะการขาย สร้างมือขาย แก้ปัญหาอุปสรรคในพื้นที่ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหรืออีเวนต์ร่วมกับคู่ค้า เช่น วันแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ กิจกรรมแจกของรางวัลต่างๆ

เจ้าหน้าที่สินไหมรถยนต์

รับแจ้งและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนด้านประกันภัยรถยนต์ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร หลักฐาน และความคุ้มครองตามเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์ ประสานงานกับลูกค้า คู่กรณี อู่ซ่อม ศูนย์บริการ บริษัทสำรวจภัย และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานสินไหม และแจ้งข้อมูลให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบอย่างเหมาะสม ให้คำแนะนำและชี้แจงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการเคลมและสิทธิความคุ้มครองแก่ลูกค้า จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสินไหมรถยนต์ ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

IT Support Officer / Help Desk Officer

ให้บริการสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานด้าน IT ให้แก่พนักงานภายในบริษัท ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และดูแลอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ Notebook, Printer และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง ติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหา Software, Microsoft Office, Email และระบบที่บริษัทใช้งาน รับแจ้งปัญหาผ่านช่องทาง Help Desk พร้อมติดตามและบันทึกสถานะการแก้ไขปัญหา ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นด้านระบบ Network, Internet, LAN และ Wi-Fi ดูแล User Account รวมถึงการกำหนดสิทธิ์การใช้งานระบบตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ประสานงานกับ Vendor หรือหน่วยงาน IT ที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรณีปัญหาที่ต้องดำเนินการเพิ่มเติม จัดทำทะเบียนอุปกรณ์ IT และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

เจ้าหน้าที่สินไหมรถยนต์ (ควบคุมราคา)

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาช่างยนต์ วิศวกรรมยานยนต์ ประกันภัย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสินไหมรถยนต์ งานควบคุมราคา งานประเมินราคาซ่อม หรืออู่ซ่อมรถยนต์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างรถยนต์ อะไหล่ ค่าแรง และขั้นตอนการซ่อมรถยนต์ สามารถวิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของราคาค่าซ่อมได้ มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและประสานงานกับอู่ซ่อมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้

เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนสื่อสารองค์กรและสื่อสารการตลาด

ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และพิจารณาความเสียหายและการเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทน ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขความคุ้มครองและหลักเกณฑ์ของกรมธรรม์ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และความสมเหตุสมผลของเอกสารและข้อมูลประกอบการเคลม เช่น ใบเสร็จค่ารักษาพยาบาล ใบรับรองแพทย์ รายงานแพทย์ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง พิจารณาสิทธิ์ความคุ้มครอง วงเงินผลประโยชน์ ข้อยกเว้น และความเหมาะสมของค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน ประสานงานกับโรงพยาบาล บริษัทประกันภัย ผู้เอาประกันภัย ตัวแทน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม ตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง และติดตามเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาสินไหม จัดทำสรุปผลการตรวจสอบและพิจารณาสินไหม พร้อมเสนอความเห็นประกอบการพิจารณาอนุมัติสินไหมตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสินไหมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Planning Engineer/ Primavera P6 - English or Chinese Speaking

Monitor construction progress across projects, analyze deviations between actual performance and planned schedules. Implement and maintain project control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Develop and maintain Master Schedule Programs using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource allocation. Prepare weekly/monthly internal reports, including S-curve Cost Variance (CV), to support decision-making for Project Managers. Deliver monthly presentations to review overall project status, risks, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders. Conduct root-cause analysis for project delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims under varying contractual terms and conditions. Revise weekly plans to adjust manpower/equipment resources on critical paths, ensuring alignment with milestone targets in the Master Schedule. Develop Catch-up Plans to expedite progress and coordinate execution teams for timely deliverables.
