เจ้าหน้าที่ถ่ายทำคอนเทนต์ (Content Videographer)

ถ่ายทำวิดีโอคอนเทนต์ผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือ ตามแผนงานและ Brief ที่ได้รับจาก Content Creator ผลิตวิดีโอคอนเทนต์ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท ประมาณ 200 คอนเทนต์ต่อเดือน ควบคุมคุณภาพของภาพ แสง เสียง มุมกล้อง และองค์ประกอบของวิดีโอให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน ทำงานร่วมกับ Content Creator และ Editor เพื่อทำความเข้าใจ Concept และรูปแบบการถ่ายทำ ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายบุคคล และบุคลากรภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้การถ่ายทำเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ช่วยกำกับและแนะนำบุคลากรหน้ากล้องให้แสดงได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ ประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในการวางแผนถ่ายทำ ค้นหา Reference และจัดทำ Shot List เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ติดตามเทคนิคการถ่ายทำและเทรนด์ Social Media ใหม่ ๆ นำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงาน ดูแลโทรศัพท์มือถือ อุปกรณ์เสริม และอุปกรณ์ถ่ายทำให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ เสนอแนวทางและเทคนิคใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตวิดีโอคอนเทนต์ของบริษัท เดินทางไปถ่ายทำนอกสถานที่ หรือปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดเป็นครั้งคราวตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

หัวหน้าฝ่ายการตลาด (Head of Marketing)

วางกลยุทธ์และแผนการตลาด จัดทำแผนรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี กำหนด Target, Channel, Campaign และแนวทางการเติบโตให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ วิเคราะห์ลูกค้า ตลาด และคู่แข่ง วิเคราะห์ Customer Segment, Pain Point, พฤติกรรมลูกค้า รวมถึงติดตามคู่แข่ง ราคา โปรโมชั่น และแนวโน้มตลาด บริหาร Branding และ Positioning กำหนดทิศทางแบรนด์และการสื่อสารให้ชัดเจน สม่ำเสมอ และเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันทุกช่องทาง บริหาร Content Marketing วาง Content Strategy, Content Pillar และ Content Calendar พร้อมกำกับทีม Content, Graphic, Video และ Social Media วางกลยุทธ์ Campaign, Promotion และ Live Marketing วางแผน Campaign และ Promotion เพื่อสร้าง Awareness, Lead, Conversion และยอดขาย พร้อมวิเคราะห์ผลและปรับกลยุทธ์ เชื่อมการตลาดกับฝ่ายขายและ CRM วิเคราะห์ Customer Journey และนำข้อมูลจากฝ่ายขายและลูกค้ามาปรับแผน เพื่อเพิ่มลูกค้าใหม่และการซื้อซ้ำ พัฒนาสินค้าและโอกาสทางการตลาด นำ Customer Insight มาพัฒนาสินค้า Package และ Offer ใหม่ รวมถึงหาโอกาสทางการตลาดและตลาดใหม่ บริหารงบประมาณและ Partner ดูแล Marketing Budget, Ads, Influencer/KOL, Outsource และ Event พร้อมวิเคราะห์ ROI และความคุ้มค่า บริหารและพัฒนาทีมการตลาด แบ่งงาน กำหนด KPI ติดตามผลงาน ให้คำปรึกษา และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีม พร้อมแก้ไขปัญหาในระดับฝ่าย วัดผลและรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร จัดทำ Marketing Dashboard วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ และเสนอว่า อะไรควรทำต่อ หยุด หรือเพิ่มงบ รวมถึงเดือนหน้าจะเติบโตจากอะไร

หัวหน้ากะฝ่ายผลิต (Production Shift Leader)

ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการพนักงานในกะ 2 (กะกลางคืน) ให้ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนและเป้าหมายการผลิตที่กำหนด บริหารจัดการหน้างานและจัดสรรกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ Brief งานและเป้าหมายให้พนักงานก่อนเริ่มกะ ติดตามยอดผลิตจริงเทียบกับแผน และ ควบคุม Productivity ตลอดกะ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุเมื่อผลผลิตไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นอย่างเหมาะสม ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าและประสานงานกับ QC/QA เมื่อพบความผิดปกติ ควบคุมของเสีย การสูญเสีย และ Rework ให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ควบคุมประสิทธิภาพของกำลังคน และปรับการจัดคนให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์หน้างาน แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานเบื้องต้น และตัดสินใจภายใต้ขอบเขตอำนาจที่กำหนด ประสานงานกับ QC, คลัง, Planning, ซ่อมบำรุง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานตาม GMP, Food Safety, Safety และกฎระเบียบบริษัท ดูแลวินัย การขาด ลา มาสาย และการทำงานของพนักงานในกะ สอนงาน พัฒนา และติดตามประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานในกะ รายงานเหตุผิดปกติหรือปัญหาสำคัญต่อหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตอย่างทันท่วงที จัดทำและสรุป รายงานผลการผลิต ปัญหา ของเสีย และการแก้ไขประจำกะ ส่งมอบงาน ข้อมูล และประเด็นสำคัญระหว่างกะให้ครบถ้วน เพื่อให้การทำงานต่อเนื่อง เสนอและดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน เพื่อลดของเสีย ลดเวลา และเพิ่ม Productivity ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
