การออกเอกสารและวางบิล (Billing Operations) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการวางบิล เช่น ใบสั่งซื้อ (PO), ใบส่งสินค้า (DO), ใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) จัดทำและจัดส่งใบวางบิล / ใบแจ้งหนี้ ให้แก่ลูกค้าตามช่องทางต่างๆ (อีเมล, ไปรษณีย์, ระบบ Online หรือการนำส่งเอกสารโดยตรง) ให้ตรงตามรอบการวางบิลของลูกค้าแต่ละราย ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย (Sales) และฝ่ายจัดส่ง เพื่อตรวจสอบเอกสารหลักฐานการรับสินค้า/บริการให้ครบถ้วนก่อนวางบิล การติดตามและเรียกเก็บเงิน (Collection & Credit Control) ติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้าตามกำหนดชำระ (Credit Term) ผ่านการโทรศัพท์, อีเมล หรือการเข้าพบลูกค้า ตรวจสอบและยอดเงินโอนเข้าบัญชี (Payment Verification) และนำส่งใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีให้แก่ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง ทันเวลา จัดทำรายงานสรุปอายุลูกหนี้ (AR Aging Report) และรายงานผลการเก็บเงินประจำสัปดาห์ / ประจำเดือน วิเคราะห์และติดตามลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ (Overdue Accounts) พร้อมประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อเร่งรัดการชำระเงิน การบริหารความเสี่ยงและการแก้ไขปัญหา (Problem Solving & Risk Management) เจรจาประนอมหนี้หรือหาแนวทางแก้ไขร่วมกับลูกค้าในกรณีที่มีปัญหาการชำระเงิน หรือข้อโต้แย้งเรื่องเอกสาร/สินค้า ประสานงานกับฝ่ายกฎหมายหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในกรณีลูกหนี้ค้างชำระเกินกำหนดเวลาและต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนทางกฎหมาย ร่วมประเมินและทบทวนวงเงินสินเชื่อ (Credit Limit) และระยะเวลาการให้สินเชื่อของลูกค้าเดิมและลูกค้าใหม่
