Precious Metals Refinery Manager

Lead and supervise daily refinery operations, including melting, refining, recovery, and precious metals processing activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives are achieved efficiently and safely. Monitor and optimize refining processes to maximize metal recovery rates and minimize losses Manage refinery personnel, including task allocation, performance management, training, and team development. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Quality Control, Laboratory, Production, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth operations. Monitor and maintain refinery equipment, furnaces, and related systems to ensure optimal performance Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions Prepare and present production reports, recovery analyses, loss reports, and operational performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate records of metal inventories, production yields, and process documentation Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Experience in a precious metals refinery, bullion production facility, or recycling operation. Knowledge of Fire Assay, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, XRF, or other precious metals analytical techniques. Familiarity with Precious Metals Accounting and Metal Balance systems. International Sales & Trading Precious Metals

Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers, refiners, bullion dealers, banks, and institutional buyers. Source physical precious metals from global markets and identify new trading opportunities. Provide daily market quotations and pricing to customers and counterparties. Negotiate commercial terms, premiums, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Match buyers and sellers to maximize trading opportunities and profitability. Monitor market conditions, precious metals prices, and competitor activities. Monitor LBMA prices, spot market movements, futures markets, and OTC transactions. Coordinate hedging activities to manage price exposure and foreign exchange risks. Evaluate counterparty risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures. Manage end-to-end execution of physical precious metals transactions. Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and bonded warehouse operations. Liaise with logistics providers, vault operators, insurers, and customs brokers. Ensure timely and secure delivery of precious metals to customers. Resolve operational issues related to transportation, documentation, and settlement. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations relating to precious metals trading. Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews when required. Maintain accurate trading records and transaction documentation. Land Transportation Assistant Manager

Plan and control pickup and delivery operations in accordance with schedules and customer requirements. Plan routes, delivery cycles, vehicle types, and fleet capacity based on operational volume. Manage and allocate company-owned and subcontracted vehicles to maximize utilization. Monitor transportation status and resolve delays, breakdowns, accidents, and emergency situations. Sea Freight Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sea Freight team in accordance with company policies, departmental targets, operating procedures, and service standards. Plan and control service quality, pricing, operational costs, revenue, gross profit, and the overall performance of the Sea Freight function. Prepare and review competitive sea freight rates and service quotations for overseas agents and import/export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. Manage quotation and rate-sheet activities through the FWD system and monitor quotation conversion, retained business, sales results, and profitability. Source, evaluate, and select shipping lines and co-loaders based on rates, service quality, routing, capacity, and commercial terms. Negotiate rates and commercial conditions with shipping lines, co-loaders, and service providers to achieve competitive costs and reliable services. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders, customers, and business partners. Resolve operational issues, service failures, customer complaints, shipment delays, and other matters affecting customers or overseas agents.
