Engineering Specialist [Skilled in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP]

Inspect and analyze technical issues of equipment received at the Refurbish Center. Plan and oversee repair operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Prepare and verify import-export reports for equipment undergoing repair and maintenance within the center. Coordinate effectively with internal and external departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations. Develop and improve work processes to enhance repair efficiency and minimize turnaround time. Provide technical guidance to the team and organize basic training sessions when necessary. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and kept in good working condition. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

ช่างเทคนิค (สาขาธนบุรี หรือ ปทุมธานี -บางขะแยง)

- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ ระดับสายงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย -บริการลูกค้าให้เป็นที่พึงพอใจและเป็นที่ยอมรับในตลาด เพื่อเป็นกลยุทธ์ในการแข่งขันธุรกิจเครื่องดื่ม -ดำเนินการซ่อม หรือ PM หรือติดตั้งเครื่องของลูกค้าให้พร้อมใช้ โดยใช้ความรู้ในด้านเทคนิคเป็นฐานในการปฏิบัติงานให้กลับมาใช้งานได้เร็วที่สุด -นำเสนอเทคนิคการซ่อมเครื่อง การ PM หรือการติดตั้งของลูกค้ารวมถึงการแก้ปัญหาร่วมกับ Leader และ Operation Supervisor - รับและปิดงานจาก Customer Service ให้ถูกต้อง และปิดงานผ่าน Mobile Application ทุกครั้งเมื่อทำการซ่อมเสร็จ -ควบคุมทรัพย์สินธ์ของบริษัทไม่ให้สูญหาย (รถยนต์ เครื่องมือ โทรศัพท์ และอะไหล่ช่าง)

QS & Estimate Engineer (Civil) - English or Chinese Speaking

HR Supervisor Site Project (English or Chinese Speaking)

At least 5 years of practical experience in human resources operation + general administration operation, proficient in basic HR work and daily administrative affairs, able to independently respond to employees' HR needs and administrative services. Practical HR capability – skilled in handling employee onboarding and separation, attendance calculation, salary payment, social security contribution, employee file management; familiar with basic provisions of Thai labor laws and regulations, able to handle labor contract signing and probation period management in compliance. Core practical administrative capability – responsible for daily vehicle scheduling (employee commuting, official travel arrangement), office supplies procurement and collection registration, fixed assets inventory, office environment maintenance (cleaning, green plants, office equipment repair request). With basic communication, coordination and service awareness, able to respond to employees' HR consultation, assist in handling simple employee relations issues, and coordinate meeting room booking, travel ticket & hotel reservation, official reception support, and preliminary review of administrative expense reimbursement. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), HRIS system and administrative office system, able to efficiently compile and file HR reports and administrative ledgers (vehicle usage records, procurement ledgers, expense statistics). Working experience as HR & Admin Specialist in local Thai enterprises or international projects, familiar with local recruitment channels (JobThai, LinkedIn Thailand) and administrative procurement procedures (e.g. liaison with local office supplies suppliers, preliminary review of procurement contracts). Experience in participating in special work such as employee training organization.

Project Manager (Infrastructure & Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking

Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation through completion and handover. Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress to achieve project objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and Subcontractors. Monitor project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Review construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and project execution plans. Manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely decision-making. Resolve technical and contractual issues while maintaining project milestones and client satisfaction. Prepare project reports, forecasts, progress updates, and executive presentations for management. Lead project commissioning, testing, final inspection, and project handover activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout project execution.

Senior Safety Director (ISO) - English or Chinese Speaking

Develop and establish the company’s strategies, policies, and standards for Occupational Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and ISO management systems. Oversee safety and environmental operations across all construction projects to ensure consistent compliance with corporate standards. Manage and continuously improve the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, and coordinate activities related to ISO 9001 as applicable. Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations of HSE implementation across all projects, and recommend improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards. Lead risk management activities, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and drive a strong safety culture throughout the organization, including planning and delivering HSE training programs. Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and certification bodies on HSE and ISO-related matters. Lead, manage, and develop HSE teams at both the head office and construction project sites nationwide.

Commissioning Manager - English or Chinese Speaking

Master Cx Plan: Develop, review, and approve the project-specific Master Commissioning Plan, ensuring alignment with owner project requirements (OPR) and basis of design (BOD). Script Writing & Approval: Author and validate highly detailed, step-by-step testing scripts for Level 4 (Functional Performance Testing) and Level 5 (Integrated Systems Testing). Failure Mode Testing: Design specific "blackout" and component-failure scenarios (e.g., sudden loss of utility power, generator failure to start, chiller loop isolation) to test system redundancy and automated failovers. Vendor Coordination: Direct third-party commissioning agents (CxA), equipment vendors, and MEP contractors to ensure execution schedules align perfectly with the construction critical path. Level 4 (FPT): Oversee individual system testing, including load bank testing of UPS systems and generators, hydrostatic testing of cooling loops, and point-to-point validation of BMS/EPMS controls. Level 5 (IST): Lead the execution of the Integrated Systems Testing. Serve as the central commander on the floor during full-load heat load testing (using server simulators/thermal blocks) to validate the entire ecosystem under peak load. De-snagging & Field Logs: Maintain and manage the master commissioning issue log. Categorize deficiencies by severity and drive prompt resolution with contractors. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead technical investigations into equipment failures or unexpected system behaviors during energized testing phases. Documentation Management: Compile, review, and organize all final commissioning reports, factory test data, certified scripts, and O&M documentation for asset handover.

Structural Engineer (Road & Bridge) – Tender & Technical Support (ENG or CH)

Review and analyze bidding documents, including tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for road and bridge projects. Prepare Construction Method Statements and preliminary construction sequences to support technical proposals for project bidding. Perform "Constructability Reviews" of structural designs. This involves verifying design concepts against standards to identify risks, conflicts, or Value Engineering opportunities (Detailed calculation is not required, but engineering judgment is essential). Provide technical advice to the Cost Estimation team regarding material quantities, temporary works, and machinery requirements based on sound engineering principles. Review structural shop drawings and construction methods proposed by site teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with contract requirements. Participate in technical meetings with clients and consultants to clarify construction methods and engineering solutions for both domestic and international projects.

Data Support and Report Officer (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้)

รวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน ของหน่วยงาน Operation เช่น งานติดตั้ง ถอดถอน ซ่อมบำรุง (PM) และงาน Refurbishment ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน ของหน่วยงาน Operation ในรูปแบบรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน จัดทำรายงาน KPI และ Performance Report เพื่อใช้ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและสนับสนุนการบริหารงานของหน่วยงาน ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลที่ผิดปกติ ข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน หรือข้อมูลที่ไม่สอดคล้องกัน พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขข้อมูล จัดทำและปรับปรุงรูปแบบรายงาน (Report) ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน และสามารถนำเสนอข้อมูลให้เข้าใจง่าย จัดทำรายงานและข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของบริษัท ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน Operation และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและติดตามความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ดูแลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลและรายงานให้เป็นระบบ สามารถตรวจสอบและนำกลับมาใช้อ้างอิงได้

Sales Coordinator (ธุรการประสานงานขาย)

ช่างซ่อม - สาขาพิษณุโลก (สัญญาจ้างรายปี)

ออกปฏิบัติงานตามแผนการให้บริการที่ได้รับมอบหมายในแต่ละวัน ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับแจ้ง เพื่อหาสาเหตุ และวิธีการแก้ไข ซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์หรือเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนที่ชำรุด เพื่อให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานได้ตามมาตรฐาน ตรวจสอบระบบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ (อุปกรณ์ที่ซ่อม และส่วนที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และปรับแต่งองค์ประกอบต่างๆ เพื่อให้อุปกรณ์สามารถทำงานได้คุณภาพตามข้อกำหนด
