Land Transportation Assistant Manager

Plan and control pickup and delivery operations in accordance with schedules and customer requirements. Plan routes, delivery cycles, vehicle types, and fleet capacity based on operational volume. Manage and allocate company-owned and subcontracted vehicles to maximize utilization. Monitor transportation status and resolve delays, breakdowns, accidents, and emergency situations. Control transportation costs, including fuel, tolls, maintenance, overtime, trip allowances, and subcontractor expenses. Analyze transportation costs per trip, kilometer, unit, customer, and route. Control vehicle registration, insurance, tax, permits, and preventive-maintenance schedules. Select, evaluate, and manage transportation subcontractors based on cost, quality, safety, and SLA performance. Monitor key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, delivery accuracy, vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and transportation cost. Investigate complaints, damaged or lost cargo, and delivery delays, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure that drivers comply with traffic laws, transportation regulations, and Company safety standards. Manage transportation supervisors, planners, coordinators, drivers, and related personnel. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and performance reports. Coordinate with customers, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and other relevant departments. Improve operational processes to reduce costs, minimize empty runs, and increase productivity. Perform other duties as assigned.

Sea Freight Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sea Freight team in accordance with company policies, departmental targets, operating procedures, and service standards. Plan and control service quality, pricing, operational costs, revenue, gross profit, and the overall performance of the Sea Freight function. Prepare and review competitive sea freight rates and service quotations for overseas agents and import/export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. Manage quotation and rate-sheet activities through the FWD system and monitor quotation conversion, retained business, sales results, and profitability. Source, evaluate, and select shipping lines and co-loaders based on rates, service quality, routing, capacity, and commercial terms. Negotiate rates and commercial conditions with shipping lines, co-loaders, and service providers to achieve competitive costs and reliable services. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders, customers, and business partners. Monitor market conditions, competitors, regulations, freight rates, capacity, and service developments, and recommend appropriate improvements or corrective actions. Resolve operational issues, service failures, customer complaints, shipment delays, and other matters affecting customers or overseas agents. Coach, supervise, evaluate, motivate, and develop team members to improve their professional capability and performance. Prepare departmental performance reports, analyze operational issues, and present improvement plans to senior management. Maintain a high level of satisfaction among domestic customers and overseas agents. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
