HSE Manager / Asst. HSE Manager / HSE Technical - English or Chinese Speaking

Responsible for communicating with consultants and owners, and conveying relevant meeting requirements in a timely manner; Manage the internal safety engineers and security officers of the department, and coordinate the internal work of the department; Coordinate the project cycle environmental monitoring and other work; Cooperate with the owner to carry out monthly equipment, safety and emergency drills and other activities.

Contract Manager (FIDIC Fundamentals Experience) & (English or Chinese Speaking)

Proficient in the FIDIC Red Book contract management. Able to independently take charge of contract drafting, negotiation, value engineering, variation and claim management, and dispute resolution with the employer under a FIDIC contract environment, and provide timely contractual advice for on-site implementation. Proficient in Thailand’s local contract culture. Able to independently conduct contract drafting, negotiation, variation and claim management, and dispute resolution with downstream subcontractors. Strong contract dispute resolution capabilities, able to handle construction claims, disputes and other issues, and lead the preparation for mediation, arbitration or litigation proceedings. Familiar with compliance requirements for international engineering projects, including the impact of Thailand’s labor law, tax law, environmental law, foreign exchange control and other regulations on contract performance, to ensure all contract terms are legally compliant. Preferred: Possess relevant COE certification in contract management from the Council of Engineers Thailand, RICS membership, legal professional qualification, or senior certification in international engineering contract management (e.g. CIArb membership). Experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale building projects or international investment & financing data center projects in Thailand; familiar with the contract negotiation logic of local employers, consultants and contractors. Previous work experience in the contract department of well-known local consulting firms in Thailand (e.g. MITR, Aurecon) or international contractors (e.g. Lendlease, Balfour Beatty), with experience leading contract management for billion-level projects. Experience in cross-cultural contract negotiation, able to coordinate the interests of Chinese, Thai and other stakeholders and formulate risk-balanced contract terms.

Junior Construction Method Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Assist in the preparation and development of construction method statements for bridge and infrastructure projects. Support the preparation of temporary structure calculations, engineering charts, tables, and technical documentation. Compile and organize construction method reports, technical submissions, and supporting documents. Prepare construction flowcharts, work procedures, and presentation materials for method statement submissions. Revise construction method statements and related documents in response to Engineer’s comments and review feedback. Collect, organize, and summarize site feedback, construction records, and technical information to support method development and continuous improvement. Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to gather technical inputs and project information. Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction sequences to ensure consistency with project requirements. Support document control and maintain records of construction method submissions, approvals, and revisions. Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.

CAD / BIM Drafting Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Prepare, revise, and update engineering drawings for bridge construction projects. Support BIM modeling and maintain drawing version control throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailing for segment components, reinforcement, embedded items, utility interfaces, and related bridge works. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and BIM teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards. Manage drawing revisions and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements.

Document Control & Submission Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Manage technical document control activities, including document registration, coding, version control, distribution, filing, and archiving. Maintain and update submission registers, RFI registers, document transmittals, and approval-status trackers. Coordinate the submission of Method Statements, Special Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Calculation Reports, and other technical documents to clients, consultants, and engineers. Monitor and maintain approval-status registers for technical submissions and ensure timely follow-up of review comments. Manage the complete document review cycle, including submission, return, revision, resubmission, and final approval, ensuring proper closure of all comments from the Engineer. Maintain accurate records of approved and superseded documents to ensure only current revisions are used. Administer and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms. Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure efficient document flow and compliance with project requirements.

Deputy Chief Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Assist the Chief Engineer in managing and supervising engineering and technical activities for the lake-crossing bridge construction project. Review bridge design drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and construction teams throughout all phases of bridge construction. Monitor and coordinate construction activities, including foundations, substructures, superstructures, beam erection, and related structural works. Ensure construction works comply with AASHTO, Thai Standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions. Review construction progress, quality performance, and technical documentation to support project delivery. Support risk assessment, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives during project execution.

Shop Drawing Engineer (Senior/Intermediate) (English or Chinese speaking)

Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and construction detail drawings for bridge construction projects. Manage drawing schedules, submissions, revisions, and internal technical reviews. Coordinate with design, construction, structural, geotechnical, and MEP teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability. Prepare detailing for segmental bridges, cast-in-situ cantilever bridges, prestressing systems, reinforcement, embedded items, and ancillary works.

DCC Manager&Deputy Manager

1. Command Centre Oversight: a. To maintain oversight of operations within the District Command Centre (DCC) in order to direct and coordinate comprehensive activities within the command centre, including strategic planning, deployment, and meticulous tracking of resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. b. DCC encompass of the Facilities Management Centre (FMC), Security Operations Command (SOC) and Contact Centre Services (CS). c. To supervise, monitor and manage operations with the help of FMC & SOC Leads to meet the requirements and performance standards. d. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly roster; attendance; leave schedule and duty schedule. e. Assist in the management of manpower resources; equipment; and other resources to allow the on-site teams to operate optimally within its allocated budget. 2. Leadership & Team Management: a. To demonstrate effective leadership by managing and leading the operations team to achieve optimal performance and adherence to establish protocols and procedures. b. To provide direction and support to the operations team. 3. Incident / Emergency Management: a. To remain contactable and to respond to site incidents, emergencies when on duty. b. To act as the central point of contact for all incidents. c. To prepare detailed incident reports, initiate follow-up actions, and communicate effectively with the management team to ensure timely and appropriate responses. d. To manage and escalate CAT1 incidents/emergencies and provide operational guidance to Senior Management. 4. Training & Supervision: a. To be trained, familiar with and confident to execute emergency response/evacuation protocols. b. To train and supervise the operations team, ensuring that they are adequately competent, and adhere to the establish protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP). c. To foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. d. Monitor work processes and performance of the operations team in order to achieve service excellence and ensure quality performance. 5. Stakeholders Relation: a. To be responsible to prepare updates to Senior Management. b. To maintain & submit reports where required by Management e.g. Incident Summary, Completed Operational Works etc.; such reports shall be made available on demand at any reasonable time. c. To receive and act upon instructions give by Management, and such instructions shall be deemed to have been communicated and carried out efficiently and expeditiously. d. To liaise with other departments e.g. Facilities Management & Engineering, Health Safety & Security, TCC Technology etc. for daily/scheduled operations, cleaning, maintenance, repairs etc. e. To engage with and rectify feedbacks from stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. f. To cultivate and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders. g. To ensure open lines of communication and collaboration to uphold the organization’s reputation and meet stakeholder expectations. 6. Operational Awareness: a. To possess a thorough understanding of the services such as security, utilities, mechanical and electrical maintenance of the equipment, systems etc. b. To be detail-oriented, service-oriented and resourceful to address issues with regards to One Bangkok. c. To maintain presence on-site and leverage on operational and tactical knowledge to provide on-site/hands-on leadership and guidance to the staff teams. d. To operate and monitor various systems and sub-systems essential for Incident Management and operational awareness. 7. Strategic Contribution: a. Participate actively in short and long-term organizational planning and strategy discussions as an integral member of the management team, providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision-making.
