Ticket Management & Customer Operations Manager

บริหาร Ticket งานติดตั้ง EV Charger ประมาณ 1,000–2,000 งานต่อเดือน ควบคุมกระบวนการตั้งแต่รับ Ticket, First Contact, ตรวจสอบข้อมูล, นัดหมาย และส่งต่องานให้ทีม Engineering และทีมติดตั้ง ติดตาม Ticket ให้เป็นไปตาม SLA ที่ตกลงกับลูกค้าองค์กร ควบคุม Ticket Aging, Backlog, Overdue และเคสที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อลูกค้าได้ กำหนด Priority และบริหารกรณีเร่งด่วนหรือเคสที่มีความซับซ้อน บริหารทีม Customer Service และ Ticket Coordinator ให้สามารถติดต่อลูกค้าและนัดหมายได้ตามเป้าหมาย ออกแบบและปรับปรุง Call Script, Message Template และแนวทางการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า ลดระยะเวลาตั้งแต่รับ Ticket จนถึงการยืนยันวันนัดหมาย บริหารเคสเลื่อนนัด ยกเลิกนัด ติดต่อไม่ได้ และข้อมูลหน้างานไม่ครบถ้วน ดูแลให้ลูกค้าได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนและการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนติดตั้งอย่างถูกต้อง วางแผนกำลังคนและตารางการทำงานให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณ Ticket กำหนดเป้าหมายรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือนของทีม จัด Coaching, Feedback และ Performance Review ให้กับสมาชิกในทีม กำหนด Escalation Process และติดตามเคสจนได้ข้อสรุป ประสานกับ Key Account หรือผู้แทนของบริษัทลูกค้าในกรณีที่ต้องการข้อมูลหรือการตัดสินใจเพิ่มเติม สรุปสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำและร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนดแนวทางป้องกัน เตรียมความพร้อมของกระบวนการสำหรับรองรับลูกค้าองค์กรรายใหม่

Resource Optimization: Work closely with the Internal Operations Team (IKEA unit) to assess resource availability and ensure that new B2B projects align with our current operational capacity. Quotation & SOW Management: Review technical drawings/blueprints, understand fitting requirements, and prepare service quotations based on project complexity and volume. Relationship Management: Act as the key account manager for furniture brands, ensuring our installation quality meets their brand standards and managing long-term service agreements.

Business Development Manager - Maintenance Service

Manage and optimize existing maintenance service contracts to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Identify and address gaps in service delivery to strengthen overall maintenance operations. Streamline processes and workflows to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency of maintenance service delivery. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for additional services or expanded contract scopes within current client accounts. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintenance KPIs. Lead the sales cycle for new maintenance service contracts, from lead generation to closing. Manage and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for new service agreements. Sales (Solar Cell/EV Charger)

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sourcing and cold calling to generate qualified leads. Site Surveys: Conduct initial site assessments with engineering team to gather critical information, including electricity bills, structural details, and other relevant data Technical Analysis: Perform detailed technical analysis using PV Syst and conduct breakeven analysis to determine project viability and financial feasibility. Proposal Development: Create and deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solar proposals tailored to client needs, including system design, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Project Manager – EV Infrastructure Delivery

Project Planning & Mobilization • Review project scope, schedule, deliverables, and site survey outputs before project kick-off. • Develop detailed project execution plans, manpower plans, and deployment schedules. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure project readiness. • Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans prior to mobilization. Site Execution Management • Lead and oversee project execution activities from mobilization through commissioning. • Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and field supervisors to ensure project progress and quality. • Ensure all site activities comply with company standards, engineering requirements, and safety regulations. • Monitor project milestones and drive timely issue resolution. • Conduct regular site visits and project reviews. Contractor & Vendor Management • Manage subcontractors and installation partners throughout project lifecycle. • Monitor contractor productivity, quality, safety performance, and adherence to schedules. • Coordinate material delivery and resource allocation with Procurement and Supply Chain teams. • Resolve contractor performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary. Customer & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution. • Lead project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and project close-out meetings. • Manage customer expectations and project communications. • Escalate critical issues and propose solutions proactively. • Coordinate with landlords, facility teams, consultants, utility authorities, and other stakeholders when required. Testing, Commissioning & Handover • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with Engineering and Technical teams. • Ensure all punch list items are completed prior to project handover. • Verify project documentation completeness, including: commissioning reports, site acceptance documents, as-built documentation, and handover packages. • Obtain customer sign-off and project acceptance. Cost & Schedule Control • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization. • Track project costs and identify potential overruns. • Manage variation orders and scope changes. • Provide accurate project forecasting and progress reporting. Safety & Quality Management • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations. • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits. • Ensure corrective actions are implemented for identified quality issues. • Promote a strong safety culture across project teams and contractors. Process Improvement & Team Leadership • Develop and improve project execution SOPs, workflows, and governance processes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and project scalability. • Support development of nationwide installation capabilities and contractor networks. • Mentor Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and Junior Project Managers. • Contribute to organizational capability building as the EV business scales.

Site Engineer - Solar Cell Installation

Quality checking and ensuring the accuracy of solar cell installation work. Preparing various project-related documents. Supervising and providing guidance on solar cell installation to technicians. Monitoring and resolving installation issues related to solar cell installation. Reporting project progress and coordinating with stakeholders. Performing other duties as assigned.
