ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร ติดตามสถานะ แจ้งในทีม เพื่อให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจถูกต้องครบถ้วน จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ใบเบิกสินค้า และเอกสารอื่นๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก รับผิดชอบงานภายในฝ่ายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และรายงานกลับทันทีเมื่อเกิดปัญหา บันทึกข้อมูล จัดทำเอกสารและเก็บเอกสารของฝ่ายขายและทำงานสนับสนุนงานขาย อย่างละเอียดรอบคอบและถูกต้อง แม่นยำ จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการขาย สรุปรายงานการขายรวมถึงจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ขับรถไปติดต่อดำเนินการงานเอกสาร หรือรับเครื่องซ่อมจากทางลุกค้าในกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลได้ จัดทำรายงานส่งทุกวันศุกร์ งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Product Specialist (Paramedic หรือ ENP) เดินทางทั่วประเทศ

อบรม สาธิต สอนการใช้งานเครื่องมือแพทย์ และเข้าเคส ทั้งต่อลูกค้าและพนักงาน ทำเอกสาร สื่อต่างๆ เพื่อการส่งเสริมการตลาดและการขายเครื่องมือแพทย์ ให้คำแนะนำ ปรึกษา แก่ลูกค้า เดินทางทั่วประเทศ เพื่อสาธิต สอนการใช้งาน คำให้แนะนำ ปรึกษา ผู้ใช้ จัดทำรายงานให้ผู้จัดการ หาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม นำเสนอ เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ ความใจ การแก้ปัญหา ตอบคำถามทั้งภายนอกและภายในองค์กร อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ช่างเครื่องมือแพทย์ (สามารถเดินทางได้ทั่วประเทศ)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ 1. ตรวจเช็คเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ตั้งแต่นำเข้ามาจากต่างประเทศ และก่อนนำส่งให้แก่ลูกค้า 2. ศึกษาคุ่มือเครื่องมือแพทย์ทุกชนิด และทำสรุปขั้นตอน วิธีการ การใช้งานอย่างถูกต้อง การดุแลรักษาเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า 3. ให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้าที่เผชิญปัญหาการใช้งานจากเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ 4. รับแจ้งปัญหาและความบกพร่องของเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์จากลูกค้า 5. ซ่อมแซมเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ที่ชำรุดหรือที่เกิดปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้า 6. บำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ให้แก่ลูกค้า 7. รับผิดชอบการติดตั้งและขนย้ายเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์

Graphic and Digital ( Online/Offline/ออกแบบ Artwork)

ออกแบบกราฟฟิก ออกแบบสื่อโฆษณา Printing และ PR Media ต่างๆ (ฺBrochure/ Catalog/ Sticker/ ป้ายต่างๆ/ เสื้อและถุงผ้าบริษัท และอื่นๆ) ส่งเสริมการตลาด สินค้า และทีมขายได้ดี ประสานงาน คุยรายละเอียดกับหัวหน้าและเพื่อนร่วมงานสม่ำเสมอ (ไม่ต้องตาม หรือร้องขอ) ต้องเรียนรุ้ สินค้าและบริการของบริษัท โดยเข้าใจอย่างดีเยี่ยม เพื่อสามารถนำมาถ่ายทอดผ่านผลงานต่างๆ ถึงลูกค้าตรงตามเนื้อหาที่ต้องสื่อสารตรงถึงลูกค้าได้ ปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการทำงาน concept ของหัวหน้าและบริษัท ไม่ใช่แนวทางตัวเองหรือบริษัทเดิม ผลิตงานทั้ง Online และ Offline ออกแบบสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ (Offline Artwork) เช่น Brochure, Catalog, Backdrop, Standee และป้ายโฆษณาตามความเหมาะสมของบริษัท ควบคุมและรักษาภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ (Brand Identity) ให้มีความน่าเชื่อถือ สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจเครื่องมือแพทย์หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท วางแผนและจัดทำตารางคอนเทนต์ (Content Calendar) ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง โพสต์และบริหารช่องทาง Social Media หลักของบริษัท (เช่น Facebook, Line Official, TikTok หรือ Instagram) ดตามเทรนด์ดิจิทัล และวิเคราะห์ผลการมองเห็น (Engagement/Insights) เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ออกแบบ คิด นำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในผลงานได้ดี ส่งรายงานทุกวันศุกร์ งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

บัญชีสต็อค

จัดเก็บสต็อคให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย รับเข้า จ่ายออก แจ้งจำนวนปัจจุบัน บันทึก สต็อค ส่งสำนักงานบัญชี โดยใช้ โปรแกรม Excel และ Flowaccount อย่างละเอียดรอบคอบ ส่งรายงานบัญชีสต็ิอคที่มีการเคลื่อนไหวทุกวัน ควบคุม บริหาร จัดการ สต็อคอย่างเป็น ระบบ ระเบียบ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด ตรวจสอบ แจ้ง ติดตาม สินค้าที่ต้องสั่งเพิ่ม มีพร้อมส่งตลอดเวลา ประสานงานกับผุ้จัดการและทีมงานทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ผู้แทนเครื่องมือแพทย์ อีสาน ใต้ เหนือ (Sales Representative)

นำเสนอ สาธิตการใช้เครื่อง ขายเครื่องมือแพทย์ให้กับหมอและพยาบาล ตามโรงพยาบาลในเขตแต่ละภาค ติดต่อแผนกต่าง ๆ ในโรงพยาบาลเพื่อปิดการขายและเก็บเงิน ทำแผนการทำงานและส่งรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

บัญชี

บันทึกบัญชีในระบบ Flowaccount ทำใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ออกบิลขาย ทำใบสำคัญจ่าย รวบรวมเอกสารนำส่งสำนักงานบัญชี บันทึกและติดตามขอคืน LG กับทางโรงพยาบาล จัดเตรียมบิล บันทึก รวบรวมค่าใช้จ่าย fleet card บันทึกรับเข้า จ่ายออก สต็อคสินค้า จัดเตรียมบิลและตรวจสอบใบเบิกค่าใช้จ่าย ก่อนส่งให้ทางการเงินทำจ่ายต่อไป บันทึก และทำรายงานต้นทุน จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน เก็บแฟ้มข้อมูล และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

เจ้าหน้าที่เร่งรัดหนี้สินภาคสนาม(FCR)

ติดต่อลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ แจ้งยอดค้างชำระ เจรจาประนอมหนี้ และช่วยแนะนำลูกค้าเพื่อหาทางออกในการชำระหนี้ ลงพื้นที่พบปะลูกค้าเพื่อสอบถามความสามารถในการชำระบัญชีของลูกค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย บันทึกข้อมูลการติดตามลงในระบบ มีใจรักงานบริการ มีความขยัน อดทนต่อสภาวะแรงกดดัน

เจ้าหน้าที่เร่งรัดหนี้สินทางโทรศัพท์(Collector)

ติดต่อลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ แจ้งยอดค้างชำระ เจรจาประนอมหนี้ และช่วยแนะนำลูกค้าเพื่อหาทางออกในการชำระหนี้ จัดการงาน แก้ไขปัญหา ให้ผลงานได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด มีใจรักงานบริการ มีความขยัน อดทนต่อสภาวะแรงกดดัน บันทึกข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ

Beauty Advisor

Main aim: Bring great experience to customers and create love mark, aiming to fulfill Sephora Vision. Deliver store performance target, sales and conversion rate while fulfilling operational duties. Customer services : Meet and exceed by providing consultation, sharing of knowledge, and make-up service to our customers. Responsible to work according to Hygiene rules and regulations. Implement Gift-wrap and products-trial in store. Provide the best service and experience through Sephora Attitude. Sales Management : Welcome customers in best grooming and uniform. Provide Consultant Services and suitable products to customers and after a comprehensive understanding of their need. Be able to give exceed expectation to customers with Link, Up and Cross sale techniques, where offers fit customer's need. Know daily and monthly sales target and retail KPIs and able to deliver. Training and development : Enroll and complete SEPHORA University's Basic training and examination. Know products well after participating and complete different training from Brand or Area trainer. Share best practice to other BAs and support each other for learning and growing. Attend in-store training conducted by store leader. Zoning Management : t-up and check merchandising presentations in responsible zone, and finish Replenishment timely. Ensure gondola and drawer cleanliness are maintained. Protect fix assets of company, like desk, chair, computer, etc. Cashiering : Attend assigned training and test to become a certified cashier by acknowledging company policy and procedures. Properly handle customer with their merchandising at cashier counter. Strictly follow up CRM policy and procedure to avoid any CRM fraud case happen to our customer. Stock Management : Support Store Manager to secure the shortage and Safety in store. Make a prompt statistic of soon-expired product and sell by FIFO. Participate in product receiving, transfer and inventory and make proper record for reference. Always keep stock room clean and tidy.

Store Management Team Member

Customer services : Be a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations. Drive a service and sell culture in the store. Ensure that every team member is trained on service standard and the standard is practice consistently. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement. Manage and resolve customer’s feedback. Constantly focus on new members recruitment (CRM) to achieve the KPI set. Store performance and monitoring : Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and profitability and ensuring every customers receive great service experience. Set and communicate the KPIs targets to the team during the daily briefing and hourly sales achievements and take prompt action to achieve final goal when necessary. Be operationally hands on, working with the team on the sales floor to achieve KPIs set. Analyze the sales, KPIs, store’s activity and propose action plan to the Store Manager on a weekly and monthly basis. Participate to cost management control. Assist the Store Manager in monitoring closely the store Profit and Loss. People development : Lead service by example. Plan a well-organized store roster according to daily traffic and sales trends, optimizing the team resources. Schedule staff to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks. Manage the recruitment and training of store team members. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to. Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyze performance and give appropriate and prompt feedback, including activ ly managing poor performance. Work with the Store Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth with development plan. Ensure that the team’s grooming and behavior are accordingly to the store’s SOP. Training : Ensure all store team members are trained in Foundational and Seasonal Sephora, Brands and product knowledge. Ensure all new joiners are well trained and integrated into the environment. Complete all applicable training programs. Effectively apply the learning on the job. Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve own performance. Work with the Store Manager on trainings plans and objectives for the store team. Coordinate training schedules and follow up with the Store Manager. Develop the store team individual career path. Merchandising :Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store. Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, testers and prices are present in good condition. Operations : Ensure proper in-store Sephora executions according to established standards and directives. Manage all store operations in a systematic and efficient manner, as per established policies and procedures. Monitor the stock inventory process to minimize shrinkage and accuracy in stock management; stock room is according to Sephora’s guideline and standard. Ensure merchandise deliveries are processed on the same day they arrive and the store’s entire product offer is made immediately available and easily accessible to customers on a consistent basis Enforce the team member on Sephora’s cash handling and shortage prevention procedures to ensure cash register transactions are processed quickly and accurately. Ensure that store funds and deposits are maintained in accordance with Sephora’s policies. Ensure the team members implement all applicable loss prevention policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment.
