Logistic Officer

Plan and control transportation of materials, machinery, and project equipment according to project schedules. Coordinate transportation between headquarters, factories, contractors, and project sites. Control logistics and transportation costs effectively. Manage transportation for large-scale industrial equipment and engineering projects. Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation-related issues. Coordinate with material sourcing teams and overseas suppliers regarding shipment schedules to Thailand. Track production status, shipment schedules, and import timelines closely. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and related parties to ensure smooth import operations. Monitor delivery timelines and report logistics updates and issues to management and project teams. Develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of shipment delays. Control receiving, issuing, and storage of materials and equipment. Verify inventory accuracy and prepare stock reports. Plan warehouse space allocation according to equipment and machinery types. Maintain organized warehouse documentation and inventory records. Coordinate import-export documentation with shipping agents and freight forwarders. Review invoices, packing lists, import/export documents, and customs documentation. Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Site Installation teams. Plan equipment delivery schedules in line with project timelines and ensure site readiness. Manage and develop Logistic and Warehouse teams, including KPI monitoring. Improve logistics and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Sales Marketing

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Identify and develop new customers in power plants, industrial plants, biomass plants, petrochemical industries, and related sectors. Present the company’s products and solutions, including ESP, Bag Filter Systems, Air Pollution Control Systems, Boiler Retrofit, and Energy Saving Systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and project owners. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and sales negotiations to close projects. Coordinate with Engineering teams to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents. Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Follow up on project opportunities and sales activities continuously. Negotiate commercial terms and contract agreements with customers. Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets. Provide coaching, team development, and performance evaluations for the sales team. Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Study market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within Thailand. Identify new business opportunities in the industrial sector. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business-related activities within Thailand.

Advance and Clearing money slip to Leader and collect all expenses in system. Prepare Draft invoice billing to Assistant MGR for checking. Prepare weekly, Mothly report to Management Team.
