We aim for success and is looking for openminded and energetic individual to join our team in the position of: Brand Executive Job Responsibilities: · Develop business plan of assigned brand according to the brand strategy in order to achieve business target. · Responsible for formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies to optimize sales, profit, and cost effectiveness. · Accountable for sales performance, pricing, inventory, buying, merchandising, allocating, grouping, markdowns, credit control. · Analyze the market dynamic including competitive activities and seek for opportunity to excel the brand performance vs. competitors. · Plan and efficiently control the budget of assigned brand in relation to brand activities and launch plan under review of direct supervisor. · Plan and follow up on merchandising logistics such as shipment, taxes and goods · Follow up, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional activities · Meet the brand requirements in terms of market positioning, sales targets, inventory levels, retail operations, and distribution channels including stock management and control of all merchandise. · Prepare and submit analysis report to principles on monthly basis · Manage, motivate, train, and develop sales team to drive sales performance. · Other assignments related to Brand Management. Qualifications: · Thai nationality, female, age between 30-40 years old. · Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Fashion Design, or other related field. · At least 3-5 years experience in apparel or retail business (preferably from an international import brand). · Good command of spoken and written English, with computer literacy in MS Office. · Good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. · Positive strategic thinking, self motivate, logic problem solving, and analytical skills. · Be initiative, energetic, hands-on and multi tasking with positive attitude. · Familiarity with fashion trends, in depth understanding of image and niche marketing are desirable. · Passion in fashions with comprehensive knowledge in Visual Merchandising and Retail Industry Contract Address: Please send your resume in English, indicating expect
