Responsible

• IMPORT, EXPORT - RECORDING THE SHIPMENT
• Update the report of Weekly shipment incoming, on Customs Clearance, Waiting for recording into system, and the Credit note for shipment to All ( Send every Monday)
• IMPORT SHIPMENT : Coordinate with forwarder , Courier for Clareane the import shipment with Customs etc as prepare the information of goods, Description, Brand, Country of origin, The H.S code
• RECORD TO SYSTEM : Recording the items as comes and Stock already checked into Sage system.
• EXPORT SHIPMENT : For the international shipment, will booking via FedEx or DHL
• For Domestic shipment will ship via DHL, Kerry and Messenger
• CREDIT NOTE : Record the CN for shipment into system
• RECHECK BILLING : Recheck the information of Billing as Freight, Delivery charge , Duty & Tax before passing to Accounting depart.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with import/export compliance, tariffs, duties, and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
