Responsible

- Communication with forwarders
- Management of customs documents, BOI documents, shipping documents etc.
- Documents Preparation
- Taking car about transmission of shipping instructions
- Coordinate with customers service department
- Export Products
- Issuance of invoices
- Arrangement of trucks for shipping

*** 90% is export work & 10% is import work (export from Hongkong, Vietnam, USA, Italy)
