Responsible

-Manage the store operations, Inventory, Shift scheduling of work for sales staff, Customer management.
-Manage and analyze budget and actual result, and propose action plans for further development.
-Report on actual result, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
-Manage supporting staff, motivate, educate and training members to accomplish goal, follow company policies and procedures.
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. • Deal with all issues that arise from customers or staff. (complaints, grievances etc.) • Support other tasks if there any requested.
