Responsible

- Analyze and source training according to Competency assessment in order to support Business Goals
- Get training requirements and source suitable trainings for departments
- Initiate activities to enhance employees’ capabilities and manage Knwledge in organization
- Support Learning and Development team with all administrative requirements.
- Handling training schedules, meeting and other activities for team in order to support effective time management.
- Process reservation of training program including coordinating for payment and facilities to complete in time and comply with procedure.
- Perform in-house training administration e.g. preparing required documents and materials, coordinating with participants, ensuring preparation of training facilities, etc. to be available in timely and in consistence with the procedure.
- Timely collect, input and update employee database and training record of both in-house and external training in the database correctly,
- Prepare and submit accurate training report legally required to Ministry of Labour in timely
