Responsible

• Provide one-on-one assistance to the assigned student during class activities.
• Work closely with the classroom teacher to follow individualized education plans or learning support strategies.
• Assist in managing classroom routines and ensuring the student’s participation.
• Provide feedback to the teacher on the student’s progress, challenges, and behavior.
• Support the student in developing self-regulation and coping skills.
• Maintain regular communication with the teacher, support team, and parents.
• Document observations regarding academic progress, social development, and behavioral patterns.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field

• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
