• Responsible for driving own sales performance and supporting team members to achieve company targets, while building customer confidence and maintaining professional relationships.
• Introduce and present fine jewelry products including diamonds, gold, and gemstones under international brands, with the ability to proactively propose and close sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area at all times to ensure readiness for welcoming customers.
• Manage and monitor stock accuracy to ensure product availability for sales.
• Review and refresh product knowledge and sales techniques daily while awaiting product displays.
• Explore and implement strategies to increase sales across all channels, including in-store, online platforms, and through networking, in order to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
