Responsible

• Act as the company's primary researcher. This requires spending significant time reading technical manuals, industry news, white papers, and online forums in English.
• Proactively study and analyze new 3D printers, AM technologies, materials, and software.
• Serve as the central "knowledge hub" and go-to expert for technical information.
• Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive internal training curriculum.
• Translate complex English technical concepts into simple, clear, and effective training materials (presentations, SOPs, video scripts) in Thai.
• Continuously update all training content.
• Create customized learning paths for different roles.
• Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and workshops for all staff.
• Manage the technical onboarding for new employees.
• Develop methods to evaluate team knowledge (quizzes, practical assessments).
• Track the team's learning progress and identify knowledge gaps.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related field (A technical degree is helpful, but not required if you are a proven fast learner).
• Exceptional English proficiency (Advanced to Fluent in Reading). You must be able to comfortably read and synthesize large volumes of complex technical documentation from online sources.
• A strong, demonstrable passion for learning new technologies. You must be a highly motivated self-learner who genuinely enjoys "deep-diving" into technical topics.
• Proven experience in a role that requires teaching, training, instructional design, or technical writing. (This is essential).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; must have the ability to explain complex topics with clarity and enthusiasm.
• (Preferred) A strong personal interest or background in 3D Printing, mechatronics, or related "maker" technologies.
• (Preferred) Fluency in spoken Thai for conducting training sessions.
