Responsible

• Develop concept designs and design entire new machine systems for automation, special purpose machines (SPM), jigs, and fixtures according to customer requirements.
• Design automated machinery, including jigs/fixtures, and prepare 2D/3D drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM), specifying all components and equipment completely.
• Calculate, analyze, and verify machine structures, covering basic force analysis such as torque, moment, and load, as well as strength, durability, and safety.
• Review and approve drawings and BOMs from the team before entering the production process.
• Coordinate with the electrical/control department and the on-site production department to ensure the design is manufacturable, assembled, and functional.
• Control project timelines and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure adherence to the plan.
• Attend meetings with clients to present engineering solutions and analyze problems. And adjust designs according to technical specifications.
• Supervise, guide, and develop the capabilities of Junior/Intermediate/Draftsman teams, including acting as a mentor.
• Prepare machine manuals and related technical documents such as Assembly Instructions, Maintenance Guidelines, and customer delivery documents.
• Support the development and improvement of design standards, work processes, and engineering quality of the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in industrial machinery design or automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Automation, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to junior design teams.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) will be considered a plus.
