Job summary
We are looking for a young talented team leader who is passionate about technology and launching product innovation with a customer centric mindset. The successful candidate should be best at leading the team and communicating with the ability to influence and inspire surrounding people to drive a most suitable project at the right time . By doing so, you will need to work closely with others in the scrum team and cross functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the team, including digital product owners and business analysts.
- Responsible for end-to-end launch of digital products starting from researching market environment, identifying business needs, refining product backlogs, planning product milestones, and collecting product feedback.
- Initiate and work collaboratively with stakeholders and the team to develop a product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain product journey efficiency and product measurement to ensure the performance of delivered products.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience as a product owner, product delivery, or any digital products related fields, preferably including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and good stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of financial products.
- Have past experience in financial sector is a plus.
